Excellent customer service, the staff is always ready to help. They get very busy at peak times and it’s easy to get upset; but they gracefully navigate through client interactions.

I needed access to my business line of credit just before the bank was closing. The account was not set up to allow a direct withdrawal when it was set up and it might have needed to wait until the next day. The team on the teller line started taking action and escalated the issue to their contacts in the bank. They were able to turn around a 24 hour situation in 20 minutes. Very impressed, thank you.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Snotty woman at the counter totally ignored me and actually avoided helping me. Not even acknowledgement. Find a different bank.
