CVS in Marshfield and other locations has mixed reviews. Customers appreciate helpful staff like a pharmacist who assisted with securing a medication in short supply and a friendly employee who tried to help repeatedly with a prescription. Front end service is often described as great. However, the pharmacy side has faced some challenges. Several reviews mention slow service, especially with new staff, leading to long lines and delays. One customer waited over 30 minutes for a prescription that was not ready, and others found the pharmacy less pleasant, with staff not making eye contact or being less patient. Despite these issues, some experiences are positive. People have received flu shots without problems and conducted rapid tests smoothly. A recent visit included a thoughtful conversation with a pharmacy worker, which was meaningful. Overall, while the front end services are usually good, the pharmacy service can be inconsistent, with some customers feeling the need for more staff and better attention.
You literally cannot get a hold of anyone at the pharmacy any more you have to leave voicemail then wait. It's terrible.
