As a automotive shop owner in the industry for over 15 years I would never recommend this terrible establishment to anyone. I order via phone call with heaven and her "service technician" brake drums for a 1950 Willy's vj. Was told parts were in stock and I had my employee drive 2 hours round trip to get the parts and low and behold they sold the wrong brake drums, upon a return phone call to them to fix this issue they are unwilling to work with me in any way possible and will not stop saying "it's our word against yours" whatever that's supposed to mean. There has been multiple attempts to speak to a manager or supervisor but was told this is none and that the owner is 93 so he doesn't talk to people. This business has to be the biggest joke I've ever been to. Lesson learned never going back and have already reached multiple of my good friends shops to share the story and stop them from ordering parts from the anymore

I had got a Bowless soft top for Christmas last year. I was unable to get it put on till June. I had ro take it to someone to have them put it on that was $200 . I have not even had the top on my jeep and the pockets on the front are coming off they are only glue on. I have a zipper on my back window that is broken. I would not ever buy this top again and I would not recommend this company to anyone RT OFFROAD DOSE NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS.

I needed a shift tower seal for an AX15, the Crown part number seemed to be out of stock everywhere and I was in a hurry. There is an ebay store (mrprovenpart) that showed stock, a little pricey but shipping was included. It was shipped from Crown the same day. Since I'm close to them it arrived the next day. My off-road trip won't be delayed!

Order from there RT Offroad division, part does not fit had a customer waiting on vehicle, tried to call multiple times with no return phone call and Emailed 4 times in the last three days. As a shop that orders multiple products I would NOT ever buy from them again!

Sorry Crown, but if you knowingly put sub standard Jeep parts out on the market, then you deserve to be exposed. I have made the mistake of buying windshield hinges, and hood hinges for my ‘87 Wrangler restoration project. Well let me tell all the consumers that are thinking about buying RT Offroaf products, which are products of Crown, that they should be prepared. Prepared for disappointment, frustration, delays ( time is money ), and lack of accountability. My windshield hinges are grossly off in the hole locations and bend angles. My hood hinges, the hole locations are grossly off too. The fasteners that are included in the kits are the bottom of the barrel. Cracked heads and heads that are way off center, and hex recesses that are off-speck. The finish on the fasteners is real bad too. I will never purchase RT Off-road products again, because the low up front price is not worth the headaches and delays resulting from poor fit. Notice that if you attempt to contact RT, that they do NOT want to hear from you. They insist that you go back to the dealer. Shame on Crown Automotive, the parent company to RT Off-road.
