“The YMCA in Hanover is more than just a place to exercise. It’s a community of nice supportive people. I decided to try something new (A challenge for me) and joined a water aerobics class. It is so much fun, the ladies are so nice and the instructors make sure that everyone is welcomed and supported. I can see myself being a long term member.”
