“I came to this Old Navy location on a Monday morning with my three year old. I felt compelled to write a review because I couldn't believe how nice all of the employees were!! First, I called to make sure they were open, and the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly. Then, in the store, we had the same experience with all of the other employees we encountered! Such a difference from experiences in most stores these days. Oh, and also, the store was immaculate and there was a huge selection.”

“Incredible customer service... I was traveling and bought a shirt there without noticing that it was defected; I didn't realize this until I had already gotten home. I called and they were more than willing to trade for a new one. Management was extremely helpful and interested in fixing the problem. Great quality and great people.”
