Can I give zero stars? Go someplace else. Any place is better than this bank. I've never dealt with such rude banking staff, totally uninterested in customer service. Could not be worse.

Extremely rude. Charges a monthly fee for bank statements, VERY POOR customer service. The online banking is a nightmare.

I hate this bank more and more everytime I go in there. No sense of customer service, the tellers are rude and unhelpful. Online banking works 50% of the time, they got rid of all the drive thrus and now they're forcing you to make appointments just to go in a deposit a check. Such a complete hassle and the rules change everytime. Switching banks.
