Buddies was so great with my big skittish dog to set him at easeAlso my dog suffers with allergies and they used mild shampoo , he looked great, smelled great and no itching and wasn't anxious at all when I got himThe next time I brought him he actually was thrilled going in which has NEVER been the case at other groomers or the vet etcThey treat your dog like their own

, I visited pet store for treats for budgies, the spray mullet I purchased is their favorite, this bag of treats appeared overstuffed and slightly eaten, this was rare. my birds are delighted and enjoying them.The condition of merchandise is not my responsibility as a consumer.

My Lhasa apso is a senior rescue and is mostly blind. He barely let's anyone touch his face, but somehow Tori has magic power that allows her to keep him calm and cut back all that face hair. I can finally see his eyes again! I'm so happy to have found a kind, trustworthy groomer. They treat my little guys as if he is their own.

AMAZING. So, my dog is 13 and my first dog. I hate my old groomer. She would put my dog in a cage and forget about her for hours. BUDDIES PET SPA IS AMAZING AND I AM SO HAPPY. My dog has never looked so nice. It's clean in there. They are super nice and treat our dogs so gently.

At Least My Puppy Is Still Beautiful On The Inside Today I brought my puppy to Buddies for a groom. We'd had prior successful visits and I was confident we would have a good experience. When we arrived it was an unfamiliar groomer, so I emphasized that we wanted a trim only, maybe a little shorter for summer but no shaving. They seemed to understand. A few minutes after I left they called back to say that they found some tangles in her fur and wanted to go shorter. I again reiterated that we wanted to preserve as much length as possible. My intent was clear and again it seemed as though they understood. If they were still concerned about tangles, I would have been happy to discuss the options available. Imagine my shock and horror when I came back and they were using a buzzer. Her hair was almost all gone. When they saw my reaction, they did offer a refund, but when I spoke with the owner she was justifying their actions by making a distinction between a buzzer and a shaver instead of listening and responding to my concerns. Needless to say we will not be returning.
