As good as it gets! Staff is fantastic! Had a small miscommunication they discovered the mistake called me immediately situation was resolved and they were more than generous in the remedy! From top to bottom great company!

I must say I had a very positive experience with this store. I found the employees very helpful. I rented a log splitter and had never used one before. They made sure that I knew how to start and operate it. It's really nice when you go to a store like this and people are friendly, it just makes a big difference. Thank you.

Great store with exceptional service. I have rented equipment, had yard supplies delivered and bought numerous items from the hardware store. Prices are very reasonable and delivery has always been prompt.

Rented a skid steer from them, they said I had to fill it before it was returned. I put 5 gallons in the tank and the gage was on full. I get a charge to my bank account saying they took an extra 22$, I call and they say it's because it wasn't full they had to put fuel in it when they got it back to the yard. Luckily I took a picture before they picked it up showing the hours and full tank. They still have not reimbursed me and im not fighting with them over 22$ but I won't be going back nor renting anything from them again.

Just needed 1 quick item to finish a project. Walked in 5 minutes before closing and the staff didn't even blink. I told them what I needed and they walked me right to it. Prices were good and I was on my way.

I love hardware shops, this is one of my favorite. Good people, good selection of store items and there’s heavy machinery and tool rental, both small and large power equipment. Staff make the rental process a breeze, plus they’re always helpful. They have landscaping material for delivery which I haven’t tried but plan to and I’m betting it will be as excellent as the rest of their services. Highly recommend.

Super helpful staff. I'm never left wandering around searching for something, the staff is always there to show me exactly what I need and offer advice. Customer service is far superior to any big box store.

These guys are true blue local businessmen. Whether you know what you're doing or not, they'll always be honest and fair with you, and if you're in need of something they don't have, they aren't afraid to help you get it. One of the last old school hardware stores on the South Shore and I'm proud to give them my business.
