I don't know the girl that works night but the past two nights she's closed the store for over an hour while she sits out back getting high. There was at least 8 cars out waiting. It's not right

Today 4-23-24 at 12pm I want to give a complaint to the Spanish girl that’s working today This is for the manager I want to write a Complain She gave me a nasty attitude and through my pizza in a bad way nasty way in one box when I ordered two pizzas I’m a customer that goes there every day. I would never go there again. I always use the bathroom at your location She told me no With a nasty attitude Unprofessional employees you have there Again, you just lost a customer you could tell she hates her job Thank God, I love what I do

The overnight guy who works here provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was kind, and i had an overall great interaction. And the chrry on top - he was so on top of all of the doordash orders I was back and forth here all night on Saturday. Let's just say that as a doordash driver, I rarely come into contact with an overnight worker that is NOT rude or bothered by having to actually work and/or NOT impaired/ intoxicated. This man was hustling all night and was an overall pleasure?. HE DESERVES A RAISE! ? ?

Drug-infested employees who nod out at the register and sell to customers, this is what you find in the employee bathroom. homeless people and drunk people stealing and hanging outside all time. Management giving free cigarettes to customers who can’t pay. Disgusting corporate store.

My experience was always good at 7-11 in the past I would have gave 5 but today when I went to 7-11 the deli worker was rude and told me not to come back because I asked for one thing and he gave the wrong thing the ice cream that was supposed to be 2-8 dollars the sign said rang up as 7 dollars a box cashier claimed she didn't know how to refund and the sign was not supposed to be there THERE WAS HAIR IN THE ROAST BEEF I AM DONE

The folks that work here are super nice and always accommodating. My only complaint is that I wish they made the chipotle chicken panini more.
