I am a long time loyal customer to this Zales and Cat (the store manager). I have been to many Zales in many different states around the US and Puerto Rico and this is by far the best. My husband and I have made multiple purchases here for wedding rings, bands, necklaces, earrings and have always been satisfied. We have also sent out jewelry for repair. Cat goes out of her way to help you, which is hard to find nowadays. We have recently moved over an hour away from this location but will make the trip just to go to Cat to purchase our jewelry. I will say Cat has a good eye, she understands what you want and works with your budget. She is a heck of a sales woman as well and not pushy which I like. I highly recommend this location and Cat!

Ordered a tennis bracelet as a gift for someone and did not notice when I picked it up that there were several deep scratches on the clasp. I only discovered them when I got home to take a closer look where I could actually see the bracelet in detail. This is something that should have been discovered and corrected by the jeweler before I picked up the piece.
I contacted Zales customer care to figure out a repair/ getting a replacement on time and things just got significantly worse. They tried to get me to pay for the repair out of my pocket at a Kay’s for their mistake and then they wanted me to go to a Jareds store over an hour away one way. Something that was meant to be a gift turned into an absolute horror show and Zales could not care any less.

Went here on Thursday, July 11th ,2024, Karan was extremely helpful, super friendly, and knowledgeable as well. he didn't sell us something we didn't need. Karan, give us all the time we need. I'm super excited for the College Class ring to come. I'm glad I came to Zales instead of going where else to purchase my college ring . By waiting a little while, the rings were on sale ,which made it nicer . Can't wait for it to come . Excellent Experience!!

Kat was so helpful to me and my fiancée; we both found our perfect engagement rings, and she even made sure we stayed with our budget. She also made us feel welcome and little to no pressure during the selection process. Can’t express enough how great our experience was!

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had buying my first piece of jewelry, bought a $600 tennis bracelet for my girlfriend.. no big deal. Had to get it resized and that took over 2 weeks, then the “jeweler” broke it in half trying to take a photo of it when I went to pick it up. So they send it back to get fixed for another 2 week, I get it back and this time my girlfriend picks it up and I was completely stunned the workers even gave it to her in the condition it was in. The piece that broke looked like it was saughtered together by a middle schooler in shop class. Looked awful. So I bring it back the next day and two different guys were working and they were also completely in shock that the workers before would ever give it to her in the condition it was in. It was my big Christmas gift to her and now I have nothing for her and it’s almost a month after Christmas. I did get a full refund because the workers felt terrible that the previous workers gave it to us like that. Not to mention when they take out pieces of a bracket they tell you they will make the unused pieces into a necklace for you and they just didn’t do that here. I’m truly forever displeased with this store.
