Shout out to the folks behind the deli counter. I moved away from Massachusetts years ago and it was nice to be reminded of the attentive, competent, and efficient service that makes you feel like a valued local. Little things like acknowledging you, explaining options, checking on your preferred thinness, and careful stacking so you can pull your cheese and meats apart go a long way. Kudos to that team.

Twice this week I had to throw out meat purchased at Pricechopper. Stir-fry steak was full of fat and chewy like shoe leather. Disgusting taste also. The boneless chicken nreast is so tough & stringy, I had trouble cutting it with a knife. Difficult to chew. I have had it with these expensive yet substandard products.

Price is very expensive for low income singles and family plus it not proper stocking also price tags are everywhere don’t match any items on the shelf. Even for me here when working overnight hard to find items matching the price tags it shows that those who stock just don’t read bar code before they throw items on shelf.

Always has everything I need and never have an issue. My second choice after market basket only because market basket is cheaper and has even more variety but a great store

I bought some chicken wings at the wing bar. They were like dried out and like rocks at 3 in the afternoon lLately the food to go is not good. I would not go back and buy food from their to go section.

I was at store hours ago and went to pay...the cashier had a helper to pack the goods. In the information on his clothes he said as customer service but he has nothing, there is nothing like customer service. He complained all the time !!! He packaged cleaning product along with milk and dairy products. The yogurts I bought were all almost damaged. I'm wondering how a store can hire an employee with this profile to work as a customer service . I do not recommend Marlborough Price shopper!!!

I guess throwing off the store inventory and making a few extra dollars in profit is more important than allowing a customer to eat the food they paid for. The cashier who rung me up didn't give me all my bags, so when I went back to get the missing items I had already paid for- I was denied by a braindead lemming by the name of Gloria. Not only did she refuse to give me what I already paid for, but she then turned her back on me and walked away while I was speaking to her. Good work gaining an extra few bucks for the store at the cost of me not being able to eat. And by the way, most of your yogurt expired several months ago.

NOT senior friendly. Self check out is very difficult to use, especially for fruit. Also, it's easy to leave things behind as you finish bagging and paying. Store is laid out in a way that is difficult for handicapped folks to get a "few things". dairy and bread are at the FAR corner of the store. Got home and my receipt did not reflect the sale prices and I used my Price Chopper card. Shaws in Hudson much easier to shop.

I would definitely not waste my time working here again. I was bullied into quitting because management doesn’t care.

I'm beside myself after an experience this weekend. I was in self check out, which is not rocket science. I was putting my things into a bag, and I moved the bag slightly to make room for another item, therefor lifting the bag just enough to cause the "please wait for an attendant" warning. an attendant had come up behind me without me even seeing her, RIPPED the bag out of my hands and said "dont touch the bag. you need to put it down right now". I said "you need to not touch me"... this woman, employee. Whoever she was was so close I could hear her breathing. This isn't only rude but highly inappropriate. absolutely will not go back.
