The pharmacist Jimmy is so rude there, every time he is there, he is nasty to me. He won't bag anything, I asked him to bag my sodas and he so rudely was like it's hard for me to bag anything because I have a barrier here and threw the bag at me, and when I asked for a second bag to double bag, he threw it at me too, I don't have any problems with any of the other techs there or any of the actual walgreen employees. I made sure to ask him his name so I could complain today ( which i did) and i took the store managers name and number to call her on Monday which I intend to do. He is just a nasty rude guy.

Yeah this pharmacy is just a nightmare rude no customer services skills this heavy set Spanish pharmacist with light brown hair and glasses got an attitude over .24 cent copay I usually never have a copay and that girl gave me a big deal about it she didn’t even bother to find out if there was anything she can do and told me if I didn’t like it then go talk to the pharmacist really? I could understand if maybe $5 but really, she acted that damn petty over 24 cents. Somebody needs to teach that girl some people skills. I worked as a medical receptionist there was no excuse for that girl to behave like that all over a damn quarter co payment. If I didn’t have a lucky dollar in my purse I wouldn’t have walked out of that store with my prescription. Its not right. Kimmie the lead pharmacist is also nightmare you need to teach them serious training on customer service and learn how to pick their battles I understand were here to do our job but customer service is also part of job making sure the customer walks away feeling satisfied. I will be getting my prescription delivered from now on. Will not be returning there.

Price on shelf was 3.29 but they had placed in wrong position. Manager and cashier had no clue how to suspend sale and go to next person so the person behind me was upset that Ghetto Walgreens didn't know how to do their job.

Terrible company in general. Always has items in stock only to cancel multiple orders after orders are placed.

Went to get my boaster shot - arrived about 2 minutes before my appointment time - pharmacy has two windows - 1st window- One lady in pharmacy was busy assisting drug refill customer - so did not disturb her and awaited on 2nd windows which said - covid vaccine check in - for over 15 minutesno one even checked or offered any assistance.Another lady in the pharmacy - walks by wondering few times - does not inquire. With over 15 minutes as 1st person waiting at window - I asked - excuse me, I’m here for my booster dose - the Second Lady snaps at me and says that you got to stand in one line. I let her know that I’m been stating at window for long and inquiring if I need to fill any form and further wait time. She snapped again and just repeated that make one line. Now after 15 minutes standing at a glass window - where everyone in pharmacy could see me - no one checked in and when I inquire - I get this rude reply.I clarify that I’ve been 1st lesson standing at the window that says - Covid cab one check in - and no other sign or instructions says anything else. She abruptly walks away saying they don’t have enough staff and returns few minutes later and ask me my details - my time of appointment and than ask me to take seat and wait.I was called about 30 minutes past my appointment - which is not a problem - as I understand that delay do happen - it’s the response and customer handling incapacity and unprofessional approach of staff at this Walgreens that strikes me to write this review and let people know that better staff is at other locations - this person and her manage seems to be careless.

My spouse and I had booked our COVID booster appointment for this location. After driving over 20 minutes to get here, we were informed by the pharmacist that they were not administering shots. Neither my spouse nor I received any call or notification regarding this. I understand that we are all human and errors occur, however, a little bit of grace from the staff would have been appreciated. Rather than shrugging and stating "I don't know someone should have called you," some customer service would have been appreciated. Do better.

The team in the pharmacy is absolutely incompetent, and lie to avoid doing their jobs. I tried to pick up a prescription and was they would need to call my insurance. I was promised a call after they reached my insurance, that call never came. I called 24 hours later and was told they tried but sat on hold for an hour with my insurance, so I should just call myself. They again told me they’d call my insurance but instead they put my medication back. I called the insurance myself and reached a human being in under 2 min. When I showed up at this location for my meds, I got an attitude and was told my meds were put back and I’d need to wait an hour. The entire team needs to be replaced, this level of blatant disregard for professionalism and human decency is unacceptable. The manager of this store should be ashamed.

Worst service. We scheduled appointment for vaccine and after we reached they informed ‘Vaccine is not available….visit again in 2 days’. We travelled 20 miles plus to get the vaccination. Walgreens atleast could have informed us. They dont care but they wont even accept their own faults. We were informed ‘refrigerator is not working….’.

The manger rolled her eyes and complained when i asked to speak with her about a product i needed. she said i was wasting her time when i could’ve went online before coming into the store and figured it out on my own. not a fair way to treat a customer or any person.

Most incompetent pharmacy I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if you use the automated call, speak to someone directly (if they actually answer), or order online- days in advance mind you - your prescription will never be ready on time. I've always used Walgreen in every state I've lived in, never come across a pharmacy like this. They are the only ones I've ever seen to actually lose a prescription. If there was a zero star option I'd select it. If you put in a prescription and they say '20 minutes' don't even bother coming back that day, it will likely not be available even the following day. If you have new insurance. . . You may as well try CVS because they have zero clue what they're doing.
