They have excellent Customer Service . Always so kind to me. They called me yesterday after my family picked up my medications after a stay at Mass General. They wanted to make sure i understood the side effects and how to take my medication. I'm glad I found such a carimg group of people.

This store is a joke, so poorly run and managed it's laughable. Pharmacy hours are posted for 8 AM, it's not until 9 AM that the staff casually straws in with their iced coffee and breakfast in hand without a shred of apology or understanding that people have busy lives and rely on things like scheduled appointments. There was no emergency, the entire staff came in at nine, despite an 8 AM opening posted both online and physically in the store. The people that work here have the mentality that it's just a busy time, and we are understaffed, but those excuses and that attitude is not acceptable. We are not in the height of the pandemic any longer.I strongly suggest you avoid this Walgreens location, I would have serious concerns filling my prescriptions here, based on the attitude and total mismanagement of the pharmacist and her team. I would also strongly suggest this business gets their act together.

This store is completely disgusting! I walked in to grab a couple of things and had to turn around and walk straight out because I saw mice scurrying across the floor. When I announced that I saw mice, no one even cared. I will never enter that store ever again.

Way better than the CVS down the road so that says something. It's your generic run of the mill convenience store and pharmacy but that's exactly what it's supposed to be.

Don't waste your time on this pharmacy. They always partial fills scripts, then don't have the remaining ready in time. The manager of the pharmacy told me a script would be filled the next day, cam back 5 days later. Still wasn't filled and could only offer 5 more pills...incompetents isn't a valid excuse when it comes to health!!!

Usually friendly staff , and I live nearby so I am here a lot . However twice now I witnessed one of the employees ( a blonde woman who is a manager ) completely humiliate another employee ( a brunette woman) right in front of myself and other customers when the brunette simply asked for help . It made me less than comfortable and I felt bad for the employee asking for help. This is not the Walgreens I remember . Other than this I have no complaints .
