Shipping with USPS / click n ship is a NIGHTMARE I must have taken 9 hours total to get a package shipped with all the long customer service wait times, the package being shipped back with no explanation, absolutely zero help for making sure international packages are correctly labeled for safe travel. The price to ship overseas with insurance is exorbitant so I’m forced to not use insurAnce and risk them losing the package which I fear is really likely to happen because I don’t trust them. The people at this location some are nice and friendly but there’s a very large sum of incompetence In giving you any help to make sure your expensive package doesn’t get lost. Honestly this is the only service I’m forced to use internationally because ups is 6 times more expensive ??? they don’t even have anything but manual pencil and paper to write out your international package label if you don’t use click n ship which leaves a massive room for error. Their like check with seller that the address is written correctly so that takes like 2 days for a reply from them. I’m so upset I feel like i donated my kidney to get this package sent with a risk of losing it all to a company that doesn’t help you at all make sure an international package Doesn’t get lost. At least it’s the cheapest service available I just wish it wasn’t so expensive to have decent insurance for their incompetence

Refused to help ship a box without a QR code. Uniquely terrible and hostile, and I've been to a lot of slow and disorganized postal offices.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff, Buely. She exhibited rude and disrespectful behavior, making it evident that she was not making an effort to fulfill my simple request of sending a package. To add to the frustration, she insisted on charging me $5 for tape, even though it was unnecessary. This made my overall experience quite unpleasant
