I had a wonderful experience here. We were going have a long journey, before leaving we found the vehicle ‘ brake pump got some problems. It is during Labor Day, no shop open, only Joe take the phone call and help us found a tow truck driver,But since one of our friend help us to make the phone call, my husband and I misunderstanding the address, the vehicle was towed to the wrong place. Joe wait us four hours until off hour. When we realize the problem we had to wait the second day, he help us contact the tow truck again. He is very nice and patient and know what we need. He help us check all the systems and figure out the problem and what kind of parts need.During Labor Day there is no parts available, he knows how we are hurry to go, he drove to Boston to get the parts instead of waiting five days deliver.Finally we only need 2 hours to get the fixed car. So, He really save our time and save our money too. I strong recommend this shop. Many thanks Joe!

USA Auto Repair & Alignment is absolutely amazing. My car broke down on the highway on the way back from an overnight trip. I was stranded in a foreign city, didn't know what was wrong with my car & towing was going to take hours. I researched auto shops near me & USA Auto Repair was the only place that offered to see me that day. Joe was great & after managing to get my vehicle to their garage, Joe was able to diagnose the issue, order the parts needed to fix it & had me back on the road in around an hour's time. I'm so grateful to them for assisting me in my time of need. I would have been lost without their help & I highly recommend their service. They were fast, efficient & very kind.
