I'm incredibly disappointed with the service I received. After 10 years of doing business with you and spending thousands of dollars, a single employee's deliberate mistake has sent my package to a completely different state.
My customer has now been waiting for five months for a resolution, causing my business to lose money. To make matters worse, the manager I spoke with was clueless and offered no help, despite the shipment being insured. Your company's actions are directly impacting my livelihood. You need to hire and train competent, knowledgeable people.

Terrible service- I made an appointment for Notary services, took time from work to attend the appointment just to show up and learn the notary was unavailable, there was no call or cancellation just a waste of my time.

Not sure what the point of this UPS Store is. I have sent three emails over the last week with the details of some lots from a nearby auction room I need collecting and I haven't had a single reply. Maybe they have so much business that they don't need any more but they could at least reply to messages. Still, reading some of the reviews maybe its for the best?

Well, I haven’t a clue what goes on in this store because my experience with the employees is beyond weird. I had this store pick up two pieces of art from Bonhams Skinner, and ship them to me. Only one piece arrived. Every employee I spoke with told me two pieces were put in the box even though the evidence shows that would have been impossible because of the weight of the two. I sent photos to them, and have called and emailed several times, and even had UPS contact them. Eventually I received an email on May 21 advising me they were filing a claim. The email included a claim number. I have heard nothing since including no response to my request for an update on the claim. It appears the only choice I have left is to sue them for at the very least breach of contract.

I made an appointment for a passport photo at this location drove 30 minutes only to be told they don’t do them and they don’t know anything about it. I showed them my confirmation and the sign behind the ladies head said we take passport photos. Complete waste of time, thankfully 20 feet from this location at AAA. I was able to get it done in under three minutes. do not waste your time trying to get a passport photo at this location. They are pretty incompetent and unhelpful.

Had a decent experience, friendly staff and fast service. Glad I was in and out so fast because the whole store smelled like a dumpster full of farts.

Exemplary example of great customer service. I had a 30’ monitor I had to ship, and I may not have dismantled it completely in the rush of the day. The staff went from sizing, finding the right box, packing, printing a label from my email - without having me to stop at staples for anything ✌️

The staff is friendly, but sadly the packing job they do is poor as other reviews have noted. I purchased a couple heavy glass items from an auction house. They picked up and packed for me. They wrapped the pieces individually in a couple layers of bubble, but there was nothing inside to separate the pieces during transit. They hit each other and broke. Prior to going with them, I asked if the shipping was refunded if damaged and told yes. That part was not refunded even though the majority of the cost was reimbursed. During the claim process, they never reached out to me with status. I always had to call. I would not recommend them for shipping fragile or delicate items.
