Exceptional customer care and service. Impressed with how quick my damages were repaired. Not to mention the countless updates I received, as well as how great my car looked when it was returned to me. I would recommend Ultra shine to friends and family and you should too. Brought my 1 year old car to have a nasty door ding taken out of my rear quarter. My car has a really nice factory matte (frozen) paint finish, so this was a challenging repair; but Ultrashine's crew execute the work flawlessly and at a very fair price. The process from start to finish was very professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. Thank you Ultrashine!

Ultrashine did a fabulous fixing my commercial van damage. Keith went out of his way to assist us, and the process went smooth! I brought my car to Ultrashine Collision after getting into an accident per the recommendation from a Marlborough Police Officer and a family friend. They did a wonderful job fixing my car and in a timely manner as well. I spoke to a few different people on the phone and they were all very friendly. Ultrashine made sure to keep me in the loop on the progress of my car which I really appreciated. I also had my car detailed and wow, my car looked brand new! I can’t recommend Ultrashine enough. Very happy I brought my car here and I will continue to do so for any future detailing services… hoping I don’t get into another accident ever again so hopefully I won’t be back for that lol

I’ve used their services twice and both times were top tier! The customer service is a 10 out of 10 and the process is easy and seamless! I love the thank you note they leave in the car, it’s such a nice touch.

This was my second time using Ultra Shine for body work. As in the past, they did a fabulous job. It's as if nothing had ever happened to my car! I also had them detail the car and it looks brand new. Even has that new car smell.

Ultra Shine Collision is the best auto body shop I've ever used (and unfortunately I've used many). They are professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. They worked with my insurance company and they made the whole process so easy for me. They told me every step of the way so there were no surprises. My car was ready when they said it would be and it was returned to me so very clean, like a brand new car! The quality of work was amazing. I was super impressed with Ultra Shine Collision and I wouldn't hesitate to go back, should the need arise. I highly recommend Ultra Shine Collision!

Was so impressed with Ultra Shine Collision from beginning to end. First, great first impression when Keith an auto body expert explained to us what needs to be done and why. Didn't put any "extras" on our estimate. We dropped our car of and next day received and email for dropping the car of and everyday I received and email on what was going on with my car. Heather in the office is so efficient and helpful. My car looks brand new inside and out. I highly recommend Ultra Shine! Thank you to the staff

Highly recommend Ultra Shine Collision. I was rear-ended and I was happy from start to finish in dealing with this business. They basically took care of everything, from the insurance claim to contacting the rental car company to have my car brought to the shop so I didn't have to arrange for a ride to pick it up. The repair was done in one day and the car came out cleaner and shinier than when it went in. They also left me a notepad, pen and mints on the center console when I went to pick it up. I thought this was a nice touch. If I ever get into another accident, I will deal with Ultra Shine for sure .

My experience was superior! From the first phone call they made to me, to arriving, and pick up the treatment by every single employee was excellent! I work in customer service and I rate my experience here A++ could not have asked for anything better.
