Kosta is a fantastic trainer. Energetic and encouraging, he knows how to push you in the right way. I always get a great workout with him, and look forward to any chance I get to work with him.

Have been going since August 2023 highly recommend each trainer is a little different, but my personal favorite is Kosta. Kosta brings a different energy and pushes you to be your best even when you want give up.
