Was in town for my brother's wedding, and until the week before the event I totally forgot that I would need makeup and a haircut!! (I don't usually do any of these things often, if at all :P) Sent them a message via their website form and was surprised how responsive they were! I wanted to make sure they had time that Saturday morning before the wedding since I was coming from out of town, shared with them what I thought I needed and asked them if I needed more, sent them a photo of the mess I am in so they knew what to expect.... not only were they responsive (kind and professional) before the event (I needed help with what to select on their website for the appointment), but the day of when I met Nina in person, she was very patient, listened to my concerns, gave great suggestions, and did a beautiful job! Well, when I saw her I already felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands (because she is very lovely).
I wished The Room and Nina was closer to me and that I could visit often, because I'm not really too much of a girly-girl. Never did I feel any pressure, or any hesitation that I'd look ridiculous. Definitely would claim them as my home base for looking presentable if they were local to me!

Have seen both Liv for haircuts and styling as well as Kelsey who does my lashes. Both ladies are lovely and prices are very fair. I would trust no one else.

I had my first appointment with Angela for a Full Foil today. My hair is naturally fine and thin, and I told her I had gotten lowlights done with a toner back in December (so they've faded out and are gone by now) and then went a little lighter in May. I showed her inspo pictures of a light neutral blonde (achievable because I've done it many times before, my hair was already a dark blonde/light brown, & i've even been full platinum many times with little to no damage) and she said she would get me as light as possible today. She did a full foil and there's literally zero difference in my hair color. Walked out looking the exact same as I looked when I went in. I reached out with pictures from before and after, and she refuses to issue a refund for the $366 I paid to look the exact same. Now have to spend at least another $200 somewhere else to fix it. Don't recommend!

After a long time of being neglectful to my hair, my husband decided enough was enough and made me pick a place and make an appointment to get some much needed pampering. I was able to get an appointment for next day and I am so happy I did. My hair feels amazing and looks absolutely beautiful. Angie did a phenomenal job with my never ending baylage lol. I absolutely love the new color and cut and will now be sure to continue to allow myself to be pampered much more often than I have been. The entire staff is friendly and make you feel so comfortable while your in getting pampered. The Room is my new and only go to for my hair needs ( I've had horrible experiences with getting my hair dine in the past and Angie took extra care to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my results. First time visit for a much needed post-vaxx haircut and blowdry. My stylist was Olivia and she was great! She cut off all my dead ends (haven't had a haircut since August 2020!) and gave me a beautiful blowout. She helped affix my floral crown for my baby shower the same day. My hair feels amazing and I would definitely return again.
