We paid over $500 to have him fix 3 of our phones. He sold us clear cases to put on our screens which then made the screen unusable. We asked about it and he didn't have much insight to offer about that. We found from other research we had to adjust the keypad sensitivity. One of the cases he put on popped off the next day. We also paid him to repair the charging port which then made our phone be stuck on airplane mode and our microphone doesn't work. We didn't discover this till a couple days later when we traveled out of the country. We had to go to another repair shop to find out what was wrong and without telling him the charging port was changed he asked if it had been because according to him, a faulty part could disable the mic and force airplane mode to be stuck. The guy at The Fix was unreasonable to work with and kept insisting I return to him eventhough he knows we live out of the country. He wouldn't offer a refund or a partial one. Dont recommend him. There's several others in this mall that may be better to try.

I recently went to "The Fix" for phone and tablet repairs, and I was really impressed. The staff was super friendly, and the shop was clean and organized. The technicians knew their stuff and fixed my device quickly. They were upfront about the pricing, which I appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend "The Fix" for their great service and fair prices.

I came in here because my phone had water damage. He said he would try to fix it but no guarantees. 30 minutes later, they could not fix it and returned the phone to me. I took it to verizon and they opened the sd card slot and it was missing! The dude decided I had a damage phone so decide to take my 128 GB Sd card. 5 years of my kids life in photos in there! This is the shady stuff that these businesses try to pull.

Problem fixed! I have been searching for a screen protector that would allow me to use my fingerprint and they found one that actually works perfectly! Staff was so patient with all my questions and tested out multiple options til we found the perfect one! Thank you! I will be back with my next phone!

Had a Google Pixel 2 XL with a bad charging port. I called a couple other places and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it, but these guys were able to do it. They ordered the part and I came back in the next week, and my phone was all fixed after a couple hours. Couldn't be more impressed with the results, looks and feels brand new.
