Apparently their system doesn't work to give you pre-paid plans.Staff seemed nice and helpful but Most questions are "i can check on that", then "I'll ask my manager" and then a more expensive option is presented.Had to go to a different store. Got done in 5 minutes. Got what i was looking for.

In May, I upgraded both my and my wife's iPhones and our plan at this T-Mobile store. However, a concerning incident occurred: an employee created an additional account using my details, acquiring two new iPhones and adding seven extra lines. Six months later, I realized this act was a case of identity theft originating from within the store.Upon returning to the store for details about this fraudulent account, the employee (who was present during my original upgrade) seemed reluctant to disclose information, raising suspicions of their possible involvement. It reached a point where police intervention was necessary to obtain any information.I was eventually connected to the district manager, who promised a follow-up call within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, I'm still awaiting a response. I advise potential customers to be vigilant if considering services from this location.

I appreciate how thorough your team is here in Marlborough!Ever since I switched from Verizon, I’ve been only going to this particular store, and have always been met with great professionalism.During my first visit I was able to save 20% off my bill for life! On top of that I was able to get multiple products for half the cost that I was paying for Verizon.They managed to offer me a tablet, Sync Up tracker, and a sync up drive. After all that I was still paying half the cost I was with Verizon!They’re very tuned in every interaction. I appreciate their salesmanship and attention to detail. No surprises, everything was exactly what was quoted! Which is something I can’t say about the other carriers.A very well trained team! Great work guys! Will be back during the Holiday Promotions! :)

Ripped off. Went in to get a monthly plan and the manager added a tracker without my permission to my order and when I asked he said I wouldn’t actually pay for it, he was hooking me up because if I got a monthly plan and a tracker I’d pay $40-something instead of $60-something that day.I made sure to explicitly ask to make sure I wouldn’t be paying any extra money now or later on and he assured me with complete guarantee that I would only be saving money. Lo and behold, on my first month’s bill, there was a $4.00 charge for the tracker on top of whatever my agreed monthly charge would’ve been. I called the customer service line to remove the charge because I didn’t agree to that and they said I had to call the store. Called the store and they said I had to call the customer service line. Ended up canceling my plan and had to pay off the tracker added to my account which was almost $100.The guy was a manager I’m pretty sure, had a beard, glasses I believe and was white. T-Mobile had great coverage and all that but that guy is going to lie to you and try to rip you off. If they say anything to you about saving money, write what they say down on paper and make them sign their name with the date next to it, I sure wish I’d done that.

It is a sad world , my girlfriend has Tmobile and has been paying them 15 a month for years for the protection plan. Goes into the store because the touch sensor does not register all the time. The store reps verified the warranty and said they will not file a claim unless she physically broke her phone, she should just upgrade her phone. I know these kids have some psycho manager that is on them about sales but not helping one of your long running customers that has paid more than the cost of a new phone in a service plan is asinine. Shame on you T-mobile employing those with no service skills.

Terrible sales employees. Tell them to read the policy on device trade in. Ended up going to the store at them mall and had no issues.

Tmobile recommended that I do a hard reset on my phone to get rid of the popups it was getting. I had them do the backup, and after the reset, a lot of stuff on the phone didn't come back. After many chats with them, a tech. support person said that to do a reset, you should back the info. up on a computer. That was the first time ANYONE there said that. And, nobody at the stores ever backed up phones to a computer. So, the final result is that all the stuff is lost, and they don't know how to fix it. A cell phone company, and they can't fix a cell phone. I am so done with this company. But, I will call corporate customer service first, so that somebody higher up knows what's going on. I did take the phone to this location, but it's all of Tmobile that doesn't know what they're doing. They don't deserve the 1 star rating, but that's the minimum. Absolutely HORRIBLE company!!!!!!!!!!
