The workout format is great! You can push yourself extra because it's 20 minutes of each. All the instructors are fantastic and there's a wonderful sense of community.

I love Spenga ! It is 20 minutes spinning, 20 minutes strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga. It is very addicting because my body has seen the results . I go 4-5 times a week and I am down 25 pounds since June! I have to thank this fat burning workout for helping me get to my goal weight! It is fun, challenging, and a great way to relieve stress! I know I will be a member for life! Oh and the instructors are very awesome, encouraging, and fun to work out with ! I travel 20 minutes to get there but I don’t care! I love Spenga!

Literally drove to the bakery next door to get a brownie… had never heard of Spenga. Fast forward four months and I love it! So much fun and I have never been a huge exercise person. Hooked on this program… tons of friendly faces and lots of encouragement! (And my doctor is impressed with my results, too.). Thank goodness I made a better choice and picked Spenga instead of that brownie!

I joined Spenga almost 2 years ago. I was absolutely hooked after the first class . The workouts are intense but rewarding . The instructors , staff and members are all so welcoming ,friendly , knowledgeable and very motivating. I feel so lucky to have found such an incredible encouraging community -so much positive energy in this place !I highly recommend Spenga to everyone of all fitness levels -the combination class of Spin, strength & Yoga will give you the best full body workout in 60 minutes . I can’t imagine my life without SPENGA now! I went to my first class hesitant as spin, weights and yoga were not previously things I had any interest but I fell in love right away. I’m so happy I found my SPENGA community!!

I really enjoy the variety of spin, strength, and yoga SPENGA offers - all that with a great, motivating crew to workout with. I had been struggling keeping exercise in my routine by scheduling in running and strength exercises on my own. In the few months I've been going to SPENGA classes, I've had absolutely no problem prioritizing being active and I actually enjoy working out! Very happy I joined!

I've been taking classes at Spenga for over a year now. It's a community full of positive energy! I enjoy the variety within the classes, and there are always modifications available if I need them. The instructors are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. The facility is clean and modern. You really can't go wrong - try out a class sometime!

I love SPENGA so much! It gets me excited for every workout. I actually look forward to exercising (and waking up early!!) which had always been so hard for me. The format of spin, strength and yoga is the perfect combination of exercises. I leave the gym feeling so good about my body every time. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! :)

I've found a lifestyle versus just a workout studio with Spenga Marlborough. The low impact workouts and instructors are always welcoming, engaging and fresh (never gets stale and keeps you on your toes!) I've been motivated to take a class 6 days a week for over 2 years! I feel stronger both mentally and physically!

They were super friendly and personable when I ran in. They were very accommodating and threw me right into class. I love the up beat music and pace. I also loved that there was cycle strength and yoga. It was a great fast class due to changing through all three stations. 10/10 would definitely go back!

I always feel great when I leave and excited for my next class!!I love the format of the signature workout, I get everything I want in a workout in 1 hour. The instructors and staff are so nice and the facility is very clean. I always recommend SPENGA to my friends.

I was drawn to SPENGA after reading that each work out is only twenty minutes. I always have a good time and leave feeling like I accomplished something. All of the instructors are very kind and motivating. I would absolutely recommend trying SPENGA!
