Staff is friendly and they are open later than many gas stations..right off I 495. Their prices are higher than if you go to downtown Marlboro.

Went today to get gas and a car wash. Put my number pushed the button my car started to move forward the the machine says push the button. The gate was still closed I had to back up push the button the put my car back in neutral. Then my car was pushed forward into the gate it went up and pulled off my license. I was then force straight though the carwash without washing my car. I went the cashier she stated she could give me another car wash and find my lisense plate whi h she did.But she didn't know how to help with putting it back on. She also mentioned that they have been have trouble with that button.Nor did she offered any refund. Happy Birthday to me

I always use Shell Gas Stations as my 1st choice for gas usually the ones closest to my home in Marlborough on East main St.Today I went around 2:15 pm and decided to pay with card in pump.The clip on handle was getting stuck on provoking it nonstop when I wanted The first time I doubted and though I made the mistake but second try and it was the clip on pump 7 I believe.I decided to went inside and tell the cashier who was a very rude man because a good smoke of gas was spill on the floor and I found it to be dangerous.When explain to him he showed no care at all and even told me without checking that the problem was the people that don't know how to use it.He said pump was okey.So I went back to put more gas and still happen the same.I then went inside to ask him to go with me to see and if he could finish adding the gas as "I did not knew how to use it" I recorded hoping I can proved him wrong but stop for a second right before he was complaining to another female customer on front about stupid customers...in other words he was talking about me in front of my face making it look like he was talking in general but on top of that he was acting aggressive and very upset.At the end he played stupid, did not help.me out but instead finish putting the pump back in place and did not check what I was telling him.I do understand that is not his job to put gas but there was no way to make him realised he was not understanding what I was telling him and me being a responsable citizen showing him what later on could of been a worst problem with any smoking near by.I HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT THIS GUY SHOULDNT EVEN BE WORKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.EVEN THE LADY THAT WAS THERE WAS TELLING ME TO COMPLAINT ABOUT HIS DISRESPECTFUL AND AGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR TOWARD CUSTOMERS.THIS IS MY 3erd favorite gas station and he is making it to be the worst I would go get my gas.Very disappointed ?

Honestly best gas station I've been to. Car wash is updated and works perfectly. Has clean bathrooms and opened 24 hours with a Dunkin donuts. 12 open pumps with diesel with huge open area for large trucks. Carry def diesel. 13 door cooler with every drink possible. Sandwiches, snacks, extended length windshield cleaners for trucks, well lit at all hours, accepts stop and shop and fuel rewards, accepts EBT, all credit cards, updated with all the newest products, friendly staff, truly unbelievable.

Stopped at Dunkin’s and was served a Boston Cream donut that was raw inside, however, this was no fault of the clerk who was very nice and made drinks perfectly.However, men’s restroom had blood all over the sink with NO hand soap or sanitizer, this was mentioned to the cashier for shell and his response was there is soap and sanitizer on the shelf if you wish to purchase it!!What do you think??This tells me that the employees DO NOT sanitize their hands when the washroom is used!!! One word, “GROSS’ !!!!!!This was Sunday evening around 8:30pm on 5/7/23.

nick had the best customer service ive ever experienced tonight! i was lost and needed directions but my phone was totally dead with no charger and as i cried at the register he offered to help me find directions to my destination! ive never had anyone take the time like nick did to help a random stranger in that way but i can assure you i'll be back whenever i'm in the area even if it's only to experience his out of this world customer service once again!!

The car wash here has improved drastically! It does a great job now. Convenience store is nice as well.
