I went in today In a rush the teller in front was helping a lady she was taking incredibly long I asked nicely if he could cash my check because again I was running late he gave me the most attitude and told me it was fine for me to leave the disrespect is crazy to me coming from a man i was disappointed because I go to this bank on a regular basis se be aware of the sassy man at RTN

Zero customer service!! The new people they don't know how to trade a customer I'm a member for more than 6 years and I have a real bad experience especially from the Indian lady who didn't listen to me and didn't care what I was talking about ??

They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails, and took 2 weeks to approve a car loan, and I already have financing with them since 2018.I really upset with them

Raced to the Marlboro location & got there 1minute after closing...they couldn’t do just 1 more transaction. Time to shop for a new credit union/bank. Locations are not convenient.

RTN exemplifies what I love most about life. The pockets of excellence and kindness we too rarely encounter in our daily life. We recognize these encounters and feel good for a while. Thinking life is going to be okay. It's crazy, but RTN has been that for me repeatedly. The time I needed to pay a band in cash at the last minute and they verified my ATM location, my safety, and my ID with creative on-the-spot security questions that only I would know. They then tested the transaction with follow up questions. What means so much to me is the skill they used to make sure it was not a scam, that I was not being held at ransom, and in the winter hours when it's dark at 4pm. They were concerned that I get to my destination with the large sum of cash. The time I needed a loan for a car and the professional process that was almost as quick as grubhub . Monday, when I closed on my house, Nicki and Kim used ingenuity, technological expertise, personal integrity, professional responsibility and care to make it happen on an impossible schedule. RTN is the combination of NASA-type skill and small town caring and approachability. RTN is lucky and brilliant for the people they have kept employed for a long period of time. For 25 years I have experienced time and again, the joy of being a member of RTN. THANK YOU to all of you at the Waltham Headquarters.

I wish I could give no stars. I had belonged to my credit union for 30 years & ever since it merged with RTN they have kept screwing up my account. My user name and password do not work & have never worked since the merge. I went to my branch who confirmed my user name & gave me a new temporary password to see if that would help & it did not work. I called customer service and hung on the line for 15 munutes and after answering several questions that required me to get up and check my records, as she got impatient, & she too gave me a temporary password that did not work. I explained that the online site said "cannot verify account" & she wouldn't even send me a pdf if my statements & I believe that RTN did not want to because that would be "free". Their site says it charges THREE DOLLARS per page of paper statements . Whatba scam. Poor information technology. I should have cancelked my account as soon as my credit union merged with RTN. However the next day, after I sent them a facebook message, they called & resolved the issue & I was able to print my statements
