I have this rating because I was denied tonight with cashing my check. I was told that because I haven't cashed a check since April 2022 I wasn't able to cash my check and I've never had an issue before. Then I was told they could deposit it but I would have to come back in 5 days. I needed to cash my check so that I could go be by my daughter as she gave birth to my grandson. Couldn't be there because I was not able to cash check and put gas in my truck

Horrible! She told me she couldn’t cash a check because the date on it is June 29th and today is July 27th…the check is good for 90 Days!!!! … Makes no sense at all. She should have been at lest speak enough English to tell me clearly why she couldn’t cash it.
