Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and checked in via the text message link from my car. Received confirmation message that I would be texted or called when it was time to come in for my appointment. Elected to wait in the car as I have previously due to COVID concerns. Assumed they were just running behind, but after 20 minutes with no word went inside. Ended up starting my appointment a half hour late, making me late returning to work. According to the technician their system is down so everyone needed to come inside and manually sign in on a clipboard. How are people supposed to know to do that if the confirmation text and email makes no mention of it?

Made an appointment and checked in online when I arrived. Response said to wait outside in car until notified which I did. As soon as I got notified to go in I did but the nurse had called my name in the lobby. When I didn't answer she took someone else. When she came out U told her I was there. She said I would have to go through the whole xgeck in on lune afain and I would have to waut. Why make appointments and wait outside id they call your name in the lobby. Foolish system.

Made an online appointment for the Friday after thanksgiving. However, after driving there only to find out they are closed for Friday. The note on the door directed me to 340 Maple St saying they’ll take all the Friday appointments. Guess what happened when I get to 340 Maple - they are closed on Friday as well. If you are not gonna be opening on Friday, just don’t give appointment options for that day!! And don’t direct your patients somewhere not opened! So unprofessional and such a waste of time!!!

Plenty of parking. Easy check-in on the kiosk. Waited less than 5 minutes. Room was clean and organized. Employee was nice and skilled at her job. Easiest and best blood draw experience I've had

Quick and easy check in, short wait time and when giving a blood sample one of the best at a painless extraction. I hate needles and the technician here is a pro at taking blood samples.

I have come here twice for lab work and today is the final time I go to quest. The place is not that clean and the waits are really long. This is the second time I have waisted 30 minutes to be told your not in the system. My doctor sent the order over on both occasions and I confirmed it with them. Yet Quest never seems to have it. I will just go to Marlborough Hospital going forward.

First impression when walking in, dirty ! Long wait even though no one waiting. Employees sitting around talking and not doing nothing. When finally called, refused to take blood because name on insurance card had change because of marriage. Asked the employee to call insurance company or Doctor, she refused. Went to the other Quest on Maple Street, clean professional and no problem.
