Customer service opportunities: Definite opportunities for the phlebs to work-in unscheduled patients rather than taking patients early...unscheduled patients will wait forever. Also opportunities to reduce turnaround time between patients. Limited time slots for scheduling.

I just applied for a job here through Indeed which told me it was full time Monday through Friday 9 to 5 schedule. When I went in for an interview, Ria, the HR manager then told me I'd be working the second shift from 4 pm to midnight. After looking at the reviews, I would not want to work here and have no life. Job recruiters use false advertising!

Turning two people in a row away, claiming they did not have the insurance info when all they had to do was scroll down. IT WAS RIGHT THERE! Wasted trip due to poor training.

My care center in Quincy outsources their tests to this lab. Every time, they mess up billing and charge me for money the insurer is paying them. It's just exhausting to have to follow up with them every single time while the money they're bugging me for is sitting in their mail. I hope they fix up their act soon enough.

Great place, fast and clean. Very knowledgeable with patients that have difficult veins. They accept masshealth and Medicare. Accesible by bus 7 of the Mwrta.

This location at 200 Forest St, Marlborough, MA 01752 is a corporate office and regional diagnostic laboratory. Please stop coming to this location looking to provide specimens of any type for clinical diagnostic testing as there is no patient service center ( drawing station ) here.Part of the facility is administrative offices along with shipping/receiving and there is no public access.

I went to this location because it was close by and there was a written sign on the window stating that they are no longer drawing blood.

Walk-ins are discouraged and treated badly. I was told I didn't need an appointment - then when I got there at 8am another customer yelled at me I had no right to walk in. Nearly a fight. In the end I waited 35 minutes for a slot and had to leave. Didn't get anything done except a hassle.

This location is least helpful. Firstly, there are no clear signs as to where is the sample drop off location. Secondly, even the staff doesn’t know where the drop off location is. Avoid it

Lost my order. Waited for my order to get faxed in. Have to go back for blood work. Very bad place. When I was there, the lady was looking for a lost order but she has the blood work. Very ridiculous!

It is a shame that you took exactly 7 days to generate the Covid-19 test result. It is no wonder that cases are rising because you are the part of the problem. If you can’t process the samples because of capacity issues you should NOT accept samples anymore.Horrible and sad!

Most awful, terrible company that only survives because it is part of what should be an illegal duopoly.
Awful customer service, an absolute, "who cares" attitude.
Multiple instances of patient harm/lost tests due to their poor service.
Despicable company
