I love the gym!! It’s very nice, it has a lot of machines, lot to do. But it would be much better and helpful for those of us who work late and want to spend a bit more of time at the gym, it would fantastic to have a hour or two extra hours ?

Men's bathroom reeks of urine. Sink counter & showers are nasty. Equipment sometimes broken or in need of maintenance. Absolutely packed all the time.

Everything is fine at this planet fitness except for the RED HEAD EMPLOYEE. That refuses to let a black card member use the massage chairs with their guest. She is the only employee in MASSACHUSETTS that refuses this service. Please avoid this planet fitness if you want to use your perks. I’ve been to multiple planet fitness’s across the country and this location is the WORST.

Tried to put my membership on pause due to an injury. They gave me an email and no one has reached back out. I’m getting notifications of expensive charges. I tried the email provided no response. Tried a different email similar situation.
I got charged for a month I couldn’t even attend the gym. They keep trying to take more and more money each month instead of pausing my membership. When I heal I will find another gym that actually stocks their cleaning supplies and management that actually does their job.

Extremely dirty male bathroom, bath area with dirt from last week a lot of lack of commitment and hygiene, it has to be washed constantly

Planet Fitness has truly exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and supportive staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The staff at Planet Fitness goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment, always ready to assist and support members in their fitness journey. Whether it's offering guidance on equipment usage or providing encouragement during workouts, their dedication to helping members achieve their goals is evident. I am continually impressed by their positive attitude and willingness to help, making every visit to Planet Fitness a delightful experience.

Planet Fitness is great. This location is horrible. The parking is atrocious. Planet Fitness needs its own location with its own parking. Weekends are nuts.

This gym is always clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, it's very important to people who have to go to the gym because of doctors'orders. It's not a chore anymore, I look forward to it! Lexi is new to the staff but she will make a great addition! She keeps busy cleaning and stocking paper towels as well as helping at the desk checking in or answering questions. Each member makes this the best gym around.

Hands down the worst location in the area. Try Westborough or Maynard, they’re very close/ have more professional staff/ better equipment/ are cleaner facilities
