I had the pleasure of being assisted by a young american kid(white, blond hair and blue eyes) and Jonathan who gave the extra mile on his service.Both we're polite, friendly and very respectful.Since entering the door you feel very welcome till your exit.GREAT SERVICE!THANKS YOU JONATHAN!

I purchased wiper blades at a different O'Reilly Auto Parts and thought I could replace them. As it turns out, the clip was different and I wasn't sure how to do that. He did take the time to show me though. I went to the O'Reilly near my home and spoke to Levan and asked if he would replace the blades for me. No only did he say yes, but he said it with enthusiasm and told me to come on out. He replaced them in less time than it took for me to get to my car. He was so kind and helpful. You just don't find this kind of help anymore. I am so appreciative of his help. Thank you so much for having a store where people think of the customers first!!! He was just such a nice young man and I can't stop telling people about him and my experience there. I am pretty sure I will never go anywhere else.

Been meaning to write this review I recently visited this location for windshield wipers .. I received excellent customer service from the younger tall gentleman who wears the black hat ... I did not get his name unfortunately. A couple of the guys were helping others . This young man immediately checked if I was being helped .. He was friendly polite and knowledgeable He even took the time to come outside and put my windshield wipers on for me which wasn't very easy from the looks of it .. I was very grateful and wanted to give him a shout out for his excellent attitude and customer service

I went to O'Reilly in marlborough for a phone mount for my car. The minute that I walked in, I was greated with a very friendly hello from the guy behind the counter, I told him what I was looking for and he was very helpful in helping me find it and even told me the experience he had with the same thing. I purchased it and left, I tried to fix it myself but couldn't get it to stick to my window, so I went back a few hours later, and asked him to do it, he was very happy to help me set it up, he went to my car and set it up for me and he was so nice, and so pleasant. I definitely recommend O'Reillys. His name was Lavon and he was very helpful.

I went to the store to pick up a headlight bulb from an online order. The person who gave me my order was really nice and efficient. I appreciate that when doing a pick up. After returning home, I was having trouble installing it. I called the store and the kind and polite person who answered said it was ok to come back and he would help me. When I got back to the store, a third person, named Rich, helped me. I know it's their job to sell auto parts, not install them but he was compassionate and gracious with his time, even though I could see he was busy training a new employee and it was hard to step away. Having dealt with discriminatory people in this industry, I truly appreciated his friendly demeanor and patience towards me. Each person I encountered at this store was wonderful, especially Rich. You can't beat that level of customer service.
