I’ve purchased 2 phones from Metro. Both a bit out of my price range. But, each model came very highly recommended, so I took a chance. Sorry I did, in store service is only ok. I had an ongoing problem with my first phone that only ended with the purchase of another (upgrade) phone model. My second phone from them? Never again.

Went in today attempting to get a replacement phone unlocked. Listened to the girl at the counter service a dad & daughter, she rung them up informing them the receipt printer was not working. When I approached the register to have the same issue resolved was told the system was down & she would not be able to help me stating she had told the people in front of me the same, she had not. She then informed me the only way possible to activate the phone was to start a brand new line, which would cost money compared to the free fix I am getting. How can she possibly activate a new line if the system is completely down? Apparently it was urgent she got back to the personal call about a Nintendo Switch that got disrupted by customers & unless she was making commission working wasn't worth it.

If I could give the star no stars I would, never do business here ever. One week they tell me I can get two phones under a promotion I had, they only had one phone so I grabbed it. Then the next week when I went to grab the s phone apparently I could not get that phone under the promotion they wanted me to pay for everything up front. What's the point of having the promotion and an upgrade

The girl who helped me - Mariana - was extremely helpful and helped me recover all of my information (contacts, photos and videos)! Definitely recommend their store and they are very polite!

Horrible customer service, the woman behind the counter is extremely rude. They lie to customers offering upgrades and then charge for it $$$, in front of me there were two more people complaining…. this is a horrible authorized dealer I recommend looking for another one . Please respect customers

I wish I got the name of the woman working! My boyfriend had to get a new phone and we were in and out within 10 minutes. She was very nice and showed some of the newer models of the phones and knew the specs off the top of her head. By far the best experience I've had at metro

Extremely rude customer service. I felt like I was an intrusion. Cold, icy stares. I wanted to get new service with 3 phones & I was told by the manager that I'd have to pay $10 each line to switch contacts over & $10 each to add email accounts. A lot of shady stuff at this store. Other stores told me they never heard of charging for that

I came into this store and just wanted to pay my phone bill. I tried to pay with my card and they kept telling me that my card was declined. I knew that there was no way that my card got declined so they told me to try twice, so I did and my card got "declined". I ran out to my car and paid the bill cash. When I got home, I checked my account balance and it showed they charged me the $83.00 on my card and made me pay cash. I paid $166.00 -_- I called the store and the guy told me that my bank is wrong, I was never charged and I can not get my money back. They straight up robbed me. I will NEVER go back to this store.

Wow, just got back from Metro PCS. The Girl behind the counter was rude. She was counting monies and I said I would wait, she said no go ahead. I explain to her that I can not xfer my GMail and FB, because I can't remember the password. I know they know how to help me with this problem. But she couldn't be bothered. Where did ya all get that Mrs. Congeniality??

Not even greeting costumers in this store. Rude lady at the counter, Ludy. The employees are very unpleasant and act like the costumers don't matter. The manager came over and not even aknowledge our presence.
