I went to the store at the Marlborough subway, for information about changing the line to another device, when trying to explain what I wanted, I was stupidly interrupted by the attendant who claimed to be the manager of the store, called MARIANA, even though I was not talking to her, and yes with the ALAN attendant. In a stupid and prejudiced way, she said that I was trying to intimidate her, ridiculously, she said "that it was another Brazilian wanting to disturb", and she speaks Portuguese. Precarious store with terrible service, it remains because it is the only one in the region. People who like crap will like it a lot.

I got my phone from the store and they have trouble working every time the T-Mobile happy T-Mobile Tuesday comes up and you get something for free if you go into the store you guaranteed not to get it because the employees must be taking it home I had one of them tell me there was a case out back come back tomorrow I came back the next day and the case was gone the woman decided to help me oh no we didn't have them we've never seen them this is a ripoff

I always go back here for a new phone. Lots of cheap but reliable and capable phones. Great service too, they always put on my screen protector and help me pick out a case. Just like any bigger name store
