They don't answer the phones. I've been trying to schedule a physical for a few days and left voicemail. I shouldn't have to drive from Worcester just to schedule an exam. They only accept walk ins for drug screening.

I am on day 5 of calling a leaving a VM. I am trying to get our employees appointments for work related physicals. I may just have to get in my car and drive over. This is awful that the management is allowing this to happen and not staffing properly.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the first time I had trouble with something, they responded relatively quickly. But now it's been 3 days of me calling and emailing and they will not call back or email me back. My company has also tried contacting them several times for the paperwork to be fixed, and they have not responded. We have tried to get ahold of them. They never pick up. I will have to physically drive 30 minutes to go there in person to ask them to change something. Its ridiculous.

Drug testing was well done! It is inside an hospital that has bad reviews. I suggest going as a walk in in the morning. Plenty of parking space. Masks required as of Apr 15 2023.

Understaffed. Waited 30 minutes just for someone to come to the window. Poor woman was stuck working alone. What should have been a 10 minute visit, ended up being 45. Other than that, everything was good.

Receptionist cut me off before i could finish saying what I was there for. Told me to sit it would be a while. Then I can hear the receptionist talking to someone behind the desk. They are loud and unprofessional. She dropped the F bomb multiple times LOUDLY. Meanwhile there is only one other person in the waiting room....so not sure why it will be a while. She seemed to be nicer once it was my turn. But that greeting left a bad taste in my mouth. The girl who performed the test was nice.
