If i could give a negative star rating i would. Terrible interaction with an employee at the cosmetic counter during my visit this week. Came in to return a sunblock that was expiring in three months time; never opened the box after I saw the expiration date and wanted to return the item for a better date. An associate named "Mia" "helped me" and told me that I used the product and she that cant return the item. After I told her not to accuse her customers without actual proofs, she said that she'd "make an exception" and return the product. So save yourself the aggravation, order online and avoid these rude and incompetent associates who cant handle "customer service" or basic people's skills for that matter.

I am tellimg everyone not to go this macys. Awful! I was im the shopping mode and decided to buy my cream. I opened the box to make sure it was correct. At the orgins counter. AFTER i opened it this large women came over and screamed at me. She said i have to damage it now. I explained to her I was buying it. I went to the Mac counter and the girl said we cant ring that up. That large women screamed at me humilating me screamimg we are here to help I was not having it. I ended up putting it down leaving I will never shop in this Mall or Macys again.

I always enjoy going to this Macy's but a little customer service training would help. Yesterday, I tried to ask a question to a clerk and she was on her phone for about 5 minutes before she looked at me. Then I used cash to pay and the woman slammed the draw saying there is not enough change. OK so it ended ok a better attitude wouldn't hurt.

I have never been a big fan of Macy's but I decided to give them a chance,being that there are not many choices in the malls any longer. Beware of trying on swimwear as the staff are not helpful and will tell you that the items you are trying on "won't fit you". I have never been so humiliated and disgusted with a store. Cheap,overpriced clothing and rude staff. I left in tears and will NEVER return.

I'm Brazilian on vacation in Massachusetts, yesterday I went to the Macy's store at Solomon Pond Mall in Hudson and the cashier named Eva treated me very badly. I said I didn't want to do the credit card, and she said several times in a loud voice that I couldn't do the credit card because I don't have social security. As if I were an illegal, outlaw here! Over and over again trying to humiliate myself in front of people. I have never been treated so badly in a store! It's the second time this has happened in this store! I intend to file a lawsuit against this store for not demanding respect from their customers!!!

This is THE WORST Macy's ever! Never enough help! No AC IN the dressing rooms in the summer! Every time I go there, other customers ask if I work there!
