A dump!
The site is clearly not maintained as there is trash all over the floor and many machines are out of water. There’s a lot of water on the floor as well.
Coming to the laundromat can be tough enough, but when the establishment is in bad shape, it makes it worse

Someone STOLE MY CLOTHES from the dryer while I temporarily left. I returned, it was all gone. I called the owner, who sounded indian (of course), and told me to just wait til someone comes back. Rude, unprofessional, and useless.
I called the police and filed a report. Days later, the police call me back and say that apparently NONE OF THE CAMERAS WERE WORKING (funny how there’s like 100 cameras in the store).
To top it all off, the owner told the police to BAN ME FROM THE LAUNDRY FACILITY! Can you believe that?

Relatively clean. Several dryers non-functional. Good price for time it takes to dry.

This is a great Laundromat. You purchase a laundry card which is then used for payment on washer and dryer. Very simple to use and no worries about carrying change. Place is very clean, with chairs and benches for watching TV. Snack machine and bathroom. Only downside is no WI-FI.

The washer didn't want to stop it went from 30 back to 20 and hasn't even got down and we called for them to come help and get the clothes out and hadn't answered since then and it been washing since 5 and hasn't got out it doesnt want to even stop.

The machines take card or coins which means I don't need to count quarters. The driers seem new as I didn't notice dents in the drum. The machines are relatively quiet. I just here someone's phone. There's AC and the place is clean. Some of the washers need service but there are enough.

Washes and dryers half the time don't work...and what makes me mad I put alot of money in this place doing my laundry every week..and they have a lot of dryers and washing machines out of order and they don't hurry to fix them... I put money in the dryer and my clothes were still wet.. dryer was broken and till this day still is .. they have alot of out of orders on them .. hello fix your machines...but one thing I can honestly say they do reimburse you when you call them...and it is the cleanest one in Marlboro...

I have a problem yesterday I went to wash and use my card because the machine to change coins did not work and they charged me $ 15 for each machine and also charged me for 4 and only used 3 washing machines, it was a bad experience I do not recommend it
