This place sucks. The owner is extremely rude. The employees are incompetent. I mean look at their google ratings! They just make up the tow prices as they go along. Charged me $551.00 to tow my motorcycle from scene of accident for 1 day!!! Had my motorcycle for less than 24 hours. Asked for cash only and on top of everything refused to tow my motorcycle back to my house. On the day of the accident, the guy who showed up to tow the bike dropped it on the other side because he lost his grip!!! Find better employees who can actually perform their jobs professionally and properly. Word of advice to the owner; learn how to talk to people. Respect is earned, not given.

Called AAA they sent a driver out from the same town my son was in with a flat tire. I had an issue with putting the request in my son's name but he is a member and has a card. The driver showed up told my son he ate up half a tank of gas and would be back since he told my son to call aaa cause the call was in my name and I wasn't there even tho my son had proof he's a member. The driver never came back. An hour or so later I put a new request in and the same driver was dispatched. I asked for his name and asked why he would leave a Teenager with a flat tire and never come back. His response was he can sit here longer and left my son. I called the police and he lied to the police saying my son doesn't have a membership. So now my son is out of an entire shift from work missing 6 hours of pay. Steve C god don't like ugly and I hope this company gets shut down. Aaa said they have had nothing but issues with lands towing

For your own good, please do not use this company. If there was a negative star option I'd go for that one. The technician lost the security lug socket and refused to replace it. He told me to go to the dealership and get another one. So for his mistake I get to waste 2 hours of my life dealing with holiday traffic. I requested he go to the dealership to fix his mistake and he told me to go F myself and that my wife was lying about the blowout (on the highway) and that I need to check my relationship with her.Please avoid this company. They are toxic with zero responsibility to the customer.

My phone call was answered right away. Tow truck driver Mike (I think) arrived at my apartment quickly. He was very friendly and professional. He said he worked for them for 28 years. They accepted Visa for my $250 towing free. Highly recommended.Service: Car towing

Chris did a great job of getting my car from Marlboro to Needham last night. AAA was weak on communication as always. Chris dropped off my car at midnight as promised. So I could get a replacement tire in the morning. Fortunately I had a friend with me so no Uber needed.

My van broke down right on a Saturday and no place was open. Gave Land's towing a shot in spite of their less than stellar review ratings .they were there in about 30 minutes. Hitches the van and towed it right back to a parking space on my Mechanic's lot. Fast and good service. Thank you.=))

No shows. 1.5 hours of my life I'll never get back. At least I let AAA know they should stop allowing this company to work for them. They have a majority of terrible reviews!! AAA thanked me for the recommendation to remove them from their service vendors and promised to take it up with their vendor team.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was stranded on the side of the highway after hitting a piece of metal in the highway and blowing out two of my tires. Called the state police after I had already called AAA and had a tow company waiting. State trooper comes over and says he called there contracted towing company (lands towing) to come and get us off the highway. Land towing driver Wayne pulls up and tells me that I have to have my car towed by them for “my safety.” I informed him and the trooper that AAA was coming but they stated they needed to “get me off the highway for our safety” even though I had been stranded for an hour before they showed up. In addition to this the cab of the tow truck had two seats, and there were three people in my vehicle. He made my sister sit on my lap and we were not able to wear seatbelts yet they said “we are thinking about your safety.” Wayne takes us off of the highway and charged us $150 cash (mean while I had not cash on hand). He says “I will pull you over to an atm so you can get cash.” He clearly cared much more about getting his cash than my safety.

While I personally didn’t use this business, my friend did. The operator who showed up to jump his car decided it was “too cold” to attempt a jump for his battery and followed that up by asking for the “f******” keys telling us he would come back later to tow it. To top all this off, we came back to the parking lot his car was stuck in 4 hours later to still find it there, even though it could get towed by the town for being in this place for as long as it was. We talked to dispatch about two hours after the interaction with the operator and they told us it would be towed within 45 minutes and yet when we pulled up an hour later, his car was still there. As of writing this, we’ve been waiting an additional 30 minutes and the car is still here. I don’t normally write reviews but this experience was well worth my time especially since they don’t value it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The person I spoke to over the phone they laughed at my misfortune and also deliberately ignored my question and while speaking to others in the background in the middle of speaking to her and when I brought it to her attention she made an accusation that more than one person in the room I was in was upset with her and would not assist me however it was only myself that was speaking to her and I never used profanity against her. I just expressed that I was mislead to believe that there was no cost on my part but that my insurance would cover all cost since I was given no choice but to use their service instead of utilizing my AAA membership just to find out that it wasn't true at all. They still refuse to provide the cost or assist with any information that was being asked. I felt that she is very immature and doesn't know how to handle her position as a person who deals with the public and should be capable to provide service regardless of your personal feelings and remember that she is in a position where she would need to remain in a professional manner that is capable in fulfilling the work requirements of her position. We shouldn't have to work hard for a living only to help support businesses that do not value the people responsible of helping their business grow and supporting their and their employees livelihood.Service: Special vehicle towing
