There has never been less than a wonderful experience to walk into Joy-Den, From Chad, to Bonnie, to the rest of the staff, they are all gracious and so helpful. I have never regretted my choices when buying, or having something repaired. I was always made to feel each sale or repair was an important personal experience. And it is, and was! So many beautiful items to choose from always. Thanks Joy-Den for being in our city!

Came here 20 plus years ago. We bought a preowned center radiant cut stone. They had it set in platinum with baguettes on the sides as I specified. It’s fabulous and I’ve had to take it to different jewelers for checks and insurance appraisals over the years. Never a problem. It’s still gorgeous.

I was just at Joy-Den Jeweler's in Marlborough today, and I had such a good experience there, that I wanted to make sure and leave a good review for them. I needed to get a repair done on a necklace, and the people who helped me (they may have been the owners, or managers) were extremely pleasant, personable, and helpful. They really went the extra mile, and I was quite impressed. I strongly recommend them! They also did the repair right away, which made my life so much easier. Many thanks, and well done!!

My family has gone to Joy Den for sometime and they always are so helpful and kind. My fiancé had them custom design my engagement ring using family jewelry, which turned out beautifully! I just recently had them fix up my great grandmothers wedding band and it looks brand new! The jewelry there is high quality and stunning - they definitely know what they’re doing!!

Great place. got engagement ring from here. I didn't want the typical diamond ring, so listening to what I was looking for, they guided me and helped me bring my vision into a reality. We went back and got our wedding bands for our big day. everyone is super nice, I definitely recommend Joy-Dens for a y new piece of jewelry or even repairs.
