Brought my child in for a haircut a few months ago. The stylist did a great job making a layered bob short haircut and listened to me about what I needed (I needed an angle on hair at sides of face due to my young child chewing their long piece of hair if it fell into their mouth.) I went in when they had a promotional price for the haircuts for kids, but their regular price is also reasonable. Actually cheaper than a non mall chain I visited another time. They have an online booking system which is easy to use. I recommend trying JCP for price and convenience of booking and the hair stylist working evening week days. I forgot her name but she was great. Very patient with my fidgety child.

JCPenny credit card services. They harass you for your payment if your one day late. I always thought my boyfriend was crazy because I never got the calls.... until I did, after 3yrs of my account. No courtesy call instead a negative mark on my credit report when I made my payment on the 33 day, which was 3 days overdue. Stay away from them as a creditor, not worth the possible headaches.

I cannot say anything good about this store. Cancelled two of my pickup orders on February 1st. It is now March 6th and despite multiple emails and multiple calls and multiple promises I have still not received refund. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. BEWARE OF J C PENNEY ORDER ONLINE AND PICKUP IN STORE. IF THEY CANCEL, Good luck on getting refund. Kyle and Ryan were so reassuring and pleasant on phone BUT NO REFUND. SO HOW DOES ONE GET REFUND?

Rola at the salon in Marlboro spent 13 hours last weekend transforming my hair from 20 years worth of dyeing it brown to close to my natural silver .... she praised me for my patience but honestly... I just had to sit there while she stood behind me... sometimes hunched over... for 13 hours... and my hair came out amazing and for the first time in my life I walked away with EXACTLY what I wanted... not enough praise can be given to Rola... I will go to her always from now on!!

I came in for a blow out and for my hair to be curled on 12/14/19 and I literally had to go home and brush it out and do it again myself. Complete waste of time and money. I can’t believe I payed for that.

The worse salon ever, the salon manager was so rude, she wouldn't even give me discount after what her hairdresser did to my beautiful hair, the hair dresser didn't even listen to what i told her and the pictures i showed her. I told her to change my hair color but i don't want dark . Not only she colored my hair dark black, when i told her i don't want black i want light brown or dark brown, she messed up my beautiful light color and my beautiful hair. Charged me way to much money, when i spoke with her manager she refused to give me discount. Worse customer service ever. My last time going there.

Angela from the portrait part of JC Penney is the BEST! We had our plans ruined by Picture People due to lack of professionalism and they booked us an appointment ASAP. The pictures came out great! She made us feel very comfortable and was more than accommodating. Definitely recommend working with Angela. She did a terrific job and was helpful in picking out our pictures and getting us the best deal. Very good experience!

Jcpenney I give 5 stars, but sephora, 1! Unfair to jcpenney. Rude, rude, rude young clerk here. She actually rolled her eyes at me. She had an attitude the whole time, unbelievable!! I almost called manager. I think she had red hair, not the one with short dyed hair though. I'll have to get her name, she should be fired. What is it with rude help lately??
