Jim was okay at helping us out. Overall we didn’t end up getting a rental from here because they required credit checks and we were traveling at the time. No accommodations were made to help us out. They seemed adamant. We also had a booking and got charged the “no show” fee despite showing up. Overall a really undesirable experience, not expected from hertz. We ended up going to the nearby enterprise and they were much more warm and accommodating.

Quick and easy check out. Friendly staff. Location is difficult to get in and out off. Too small of a lot. Loved the overnight drop box , made return so simple and on my time. The car was fabulous. Brand new and close to what I rented. Will use again.

Hertz rental in Marlborough is great. Joe and the other staff are usually multitasking at this very busy office but they've always been super helpful. A bit of patience and appreciation goes a long way. I've rented here about 3 times in the last 6 months because of Joe and his great team. Thank you! - Brian L.

This place had me waiting 20 minutes outside in 40 degree weather when they were supposed to be open at 8am. I showed up at 8:15 directly from the airport after having a long night of traveling from AZ. I cancelled my reservation and called an Uber before I froze to death.

This location couldn’t be worse if they tried, car they rented me had damage, there is absolutely no place to park on the lot I had to dump my car on a busy two lane when i returned and don’t dare use their “plate pass” - it was a $165 all inclusive rate outrageously overpriced and dare I say predatory, I think I incurred $10 in tolls max. All in all this location completely and totally blows. Hope this helps

Joe was DO HELPFUL I basr most reviews on those with mobility issues...and the ramp they built is perfect! He was jind-efficient- informative and HONEST. The only ossue was the car- lots of little dings- wheel well dings- etc...NOT JOE'S FAULT!!!!; He works so well with the older customer..and the rest ..KEEP HIM AROUND!

Hands down, one of my best rental car experiences. Joe was professional, communicative and went out of his way to help us for our road trip. The car was clean and well maintained. Everything you could ask for in a local office.

Yes the parking lot is small but my ride to the location was able to drive in, turn around in their back lot, drop me off & leave with no problem. The service was excellent. The Mgr Joe was professional, courteous & is a good rep for Hertz. I got the car I wanted & was off within 30 mins. Transaction was expedited smoothly & the car was spotless. The return took almost no time at all. Just dropped the keys off & got my receipt. Again my ride for a pick up could turn around in their back lot & we exited with no problem. I definitely will rent from Hertz again, especially from this location.
