Seth at HHF is fantastic! My husband and I used him a few years ago for our mortgage and just did our refinance with him last month. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Professional, honest and upfront - great mortgage broker! My husband and I first worked with Seth nearly 13 years ago, when buying our first home. They preapproved and highly endorsed a buyer. He claimed that the buyer was an excellent buyer and that he had already pre-sent everything to underwriting. If the house appraised, she would "sail through" underwriting....two weeks later....REJECTED by underwriting. And, we tried to call and get updates and he was completely unresponsive. BAD BAD BAD. Do not use this person. A good mortgage broker is amazing. A bad one can ruin people's life plans. Guess what just happened here?
