Simple grocery store with a good selection of items/brands. Currently they're "working on some things" so there was a small section taped off due to a leak I assume and one of the lanes didn't have a working belt so customers had to shove their groceries forward as they were scanned.

Can redemption sucks, they don't accept half the stuff you put down a deposit for. But you know they make sure they take the deposit.

This chai grocery store is more expensive than Market Basket. If you order from them via Instacart or their own remote shopping, their employees pull your order, ensuring better service. They have curbside pickup. The bakery is good. Prices are higher than Market Basket, lower than Stop and Shop and Wegmans.
Both the Lowell and Marlborough locations are handicap accessible and have pharmacies and banks, in store

Staff were friendly, and store seemed clean, however I purchased a bag of donuts today with an expiration date of December 23, 2023. That was 3 weeks ago. Luckily I didn’t eat any before I noticed they looked a bit funny, but that’s unacceptable
