Been going to Cathy for many years, Always does an OUTSTANDING job with my foil & cut! We've moved about 6 years back to the Grafton area, but I find the 30-40 minute drive to Great lengths well worth it...because I know I will love what she does with my hair!??Prices are very reasonable also.?

I went to Great Lengths for a simple haircut this morning. I wanted a high and tight fade, with a trim/evening out of my hair on the top. Instead I got a terrible fade, with patches and uneven lines, with clear spots of difference in length. As for the top, which I have been growing out for a better part of a year, Amy chopped it to oblivion. There was one side that she cut to an inch or two, while the opposite side remained 4 to 5. If she took a moment to look at the hair that had grown out she would have seen that it was all one length and replicated the cut with a few snips. She took off far too much and left me disappointed with the result. I have never had such a terrible haircut in my life. There is no going back from what she has done to my hair and I will now need to get it all cut short (not here) and evened out in two weeks when it grows back to a manageable length. It was a simple haircut, but it went so bad in so many ways. I cannot speak to the other hair dressers at Great Lengths, but my experience was so traumatic that I cannot recommend this place.
