i went to get some socks and Birkenstocks
and a worker named jaz was very kind to me and made it very easy for me considering i have social anxiety she helped and talk to me the whole very kind and helpful

Went here to grab some shoes but there was two young women working there. The one at the register was nice and friendly but didn’t really know what she was doing and the other employee was just on the phone being very unprofessional cussing up a storm and giving attitude. I’ll probably just steer clear from this place and take my money elsewhere.

Horrible experience! I believe this girl was the manager! Sooo rude! Shes screaming to the other people working there i felt so bad! She seemed so mad and extremely rude! She needs ti be out if there if she hates her job so much!

The worst! The girl (manager) is sooo rude!!!! We waiting for sooo long she always on the phone! We tried to do a return with a gift receipt , and can't have the money back... We tried to changed for another pair because the ones we got from a gift was to small but unfortunately the store didn't had the number we need.... And after that she said the money can't get back. Only can back to the person who buys.... So my question is: why they do gift receipt??The girl is really rude!!!!!! I don't know why people hiring people like that to work at this stores also choose them for manager....

I want to register my indignation with this store because I came to make a purchase and the cashier left me waiting for more than 10 minutes because he was chatting with some women. I felt disrespected because I don't know how to speak English. Unfortunately I won't be back

Bought something for pick up. Checked the status and it said “picked up “Had to spend 20 mins talking to a rep today, just to have them investigate this “picked up”. I was all day at work yesterday.Careful people.

Great customer service. Two workers were very nice and helped me lace the shoes how I wanted ,and put something in so they don’t crease . One was named Chris and I forget the other guys name ,but the other guy also works at the perfume/cologne store, 5 stars to them they deserve a raise.
