Went in open minded- fairly disrespectful service along with watching YouTube while doing my nails- majorly failing design and just clear coating my nails anyways- nails look terrible and aren’t straight at all or match the others- got aggressive when I moved my hand after being CUT repeatedly-

I come here all of the time and they are always great. I came in here today and the customer service was awful. I had went in to get one of my toes fixed that had chipped not even a week after I got a pedicure. I was waiting for about 15 minutes and they took someone who walked in after me even though it would've taken them 5 minutes to fix my toe. Very unsatisfied.
