Dirty environment, no one spoke English to me almost the entire time I was in there, fire alarm went off in the middle of my service which apparently “happens all the time,” she kept stopping my hair service to eat and play with dogs that were in the salon and touching my hair without gloves or washing her hands, dropped her tools multiple times and proceeded to use them in my hair, lost a ton of hair due to the bleach and spent 3 1/2 hours there when all I wanted done was my new growth and she wanted me to stay another hour at least, had to go home and wash the bleach out that she missed. If I could give less than one star I would.

Our family loves coming here! We’ve been coming for years now… The staff is polite, and the stylist is very welcoming and friendly :) great with anything you can think of (style, color correction, deep conditioning etc). They also have mani/pedi and eyebrow specialist there

I’ve been going to Livia’s for the past 14 years, she is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about color. Very reasonable too, doesn’t rush into any thing and doesn’t double book.

Swift haircut. The woman who cut my hair was very kind and deft. It's $20 for men's haircut and $8 for a shave. They accept credit cards too. Overall, worked great for me!

I walked in and the place was a mess. The people working there just looked at me and didn’t even acknowledge me or at least say “hello can I help you” or at least say “please wait a moment”. It wasn’t until I spoke up several minutes later and asked if someone could help me. A young lady came out from the back to let me know that the lady who could help me was not there and to just come back. I ended up going down the street where the service was the complete opposite.
