Coachs Nicki, Kristin, Jessica, the laurens, Fredo & all the members make F45 Marlborough West make working out the HIGHLIGHT of my day! Everyone is KIND, ACCEPTING & MOTIVATING in a way that is not intimidating for a newbie like me! The location is ABSOLUTELY perfect as I work nearby! I truly feel like i have found my community. Ithink everyone should check out F45 Marlborough West!

Marlborough West has such a wonderful community feel! Each coach is friendly, approachable, and focused on improving each member's health. I have noticed so much improvement in my strength since starting in March, and has become a workout routine I have finally happily stuck with. Can't recommend this team enough!

I have been a member here for approx. 8 months and absolutely love it! The coaches are very supportive and have cultivated a great community in the gym. Even on days I'm not the most motivated, I always look forward to coming here!

This team training exercise method has been life-changing! I am in the best shape of my life, thanks to the amazing coaches and wonderfully supportive fellow members. They all keep you smiling, even during the most challenging movements. Coaches take care to know each members needs for modifications. Classes are only 45 minutes long, and they go by in a flash because of the variety of exercises. All ages, shapes, and sizes will find a welcoming atmosphere here. The Marlborough West location truly feels like family, as everyone looks out for one another.

F45 Marlborough is a great full body work out that changes every day so you are never bored.. The trainers are all amazing and make it really fun so you don't realize how hard you worked until it's over. Super nice group of people to work out with as well, encouraging and supportive. Best work out around!!

This is the best f45 studio!!! The energy from the coaches and members is unmatchable. I’ve seen a lot progress with my fitness journey after starting at f45. Grateful for all the coaches that help me with my form and motivate me everyday!!! Highly recommend this studio :)

I’ve been a member since they opened earlier this year and it’s been such a beautiful experience due to all the amazing coaches and support provided 24/7!! Marlborough West is a community of incredible people and coaches who want nothing more than to see you succeed in whatever your fitness goals may be. I truly have found my happy place!

Nicole Sigler has built an awesome team of coaches in F45 Marlborough. Each one cares and assists in whatever way as the needs arise. I want to express my gratitude to her. She is missed in the studio when she is gone. Her positivity and empathy are the best. When she is gone it is to build up other studio teams but we are thinking about her even then. Many of don’t want her to stay away too long! The classes are full of high energy, awesome music tracks and the time flies by. I have recently come back to fitness as a more mature women and the members and coaches are so helpful at modifying to the needs of a beginner. Each time I come I go home smiling and cannot wait to return. Thanks for opening so close to me. Keep up the level of fun and team work. Sat mornings are the best times. It is like a family. We are not alone on the fitness journey. No question is too small and each step is toward better health.

Training at F45 Marlborough has been an amazing experience! F45 is a gym that offers high intensity, 45-minute cardio workouts that are designed to improve functional fitness, and I have definitely seen improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness since starting here.What really sets F45 apart from other gyms, is the energy and support that you get from the coaches. In particular, I've had the pleasure of training with coaches Nikki, Lauren & Bianca, who are fantastic. They communicate clearly, are full of energy and motivation, and push you to work harder.Overall, I would highly recommend F45 Marlborough to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness in a fun and supportive environment.
