I first worked with Robin in 2017 when I bought a new home that she had done the interior design for. I needed to furnish the home as well as figure out the window dressings etc. Robin is a delight to work with. She has a great designer eye and doesn't compromise on quality but at fair prices. She is also fun and responsive and always makes time to connect and follow up to ensure a positive experience. When I had issues with couple of items which is not unusual when getting a lot of furniture, Robin followed through to ensure the damaged items were quick replaced with minimal fuss. I have just moved to NJ and Robin is helping me with the interior design in my new home. Highly recommend Robin and Design Center West.

I was referred to Robin and Design Center West by Lazar Industries, a higher-end furniture company that doesn't sell directly to the public. They told me that I would love Robin, and they were right! Robin helped me to work through the process of selecting my Lazar sofa, chaise and love-seat, selecting the UltraSuede fabric, etc. Robin was hands-on and made the process easy, and much faster than it would have been if she didn't have her relationship with Lazar to get the custom furniture expedited. Our next project was getting Hunter Douglas shades for the house. Robin came to the house to measure the windows, in spite of the fact that she is too busy and has much bigger fish to fry. Again, the process was easy and the shades came much sooner than they would have if Robin didn't have her HD contacts. I can also say with 100% certainty that my cost was much less than it would have been if I had gone directly myself to any other shade/blind manufacturer. Now we are on to the next project--a Lazar chair. Lots involved--choosing fabric, etc. Robin and her team spent a lot of time with me on the chair project when they are busy, busy with big kitchen, bathroom and home renovation projects, which are much more lucrative than my chair. But they still made time for me and my chair! Through my projects, I have made life-long friends with Robin and her team at Design Center West. I lucked out!

4/21/21 Update. Friends, I'm afraid Design Center West continues to behave in bad faith and will do anything to hurt an unhappy client. I am proceeding with a lawsuit, and in response this sleaze outfit submitted false evidence and perjured testimony to Westboro District Court in another effort to intimidate and/or thwart my lawsuit to be reimbursed the $25,000 it stole from me. As you listen to this frankly unsettling clip, understand that it is not my voice as Robin Boyce alleges. The voice is actually that of Robin Boyce doing a very bad impersonation of my voice. All you need to do is call her for proof. I can't fathom this level of hateful derangement, but I submit as a strong warning NOT to hire Design Center West under any circumstances. You will be as sorry as I am to have hired this den of thieves and liars.MH

I recently had a kitchen renovation done at my home and I can't say enough how amazing Robin and her entire staff were! They were part of making a long-standing dream of mine become a reality in finally getting to redo my 1950s kitchen. They made every step of the process smooth and extremely mindful of our living situation while the project took place! I definitely needed guidance and opinions and they never rushed me through the process took the time to go through everything with me and their expertise in all the areas from design to construction to personal touch as was outstanding!!! I definitely have many questions before after and during this remodel and I was always given the time I needed, never felt rushed and always more than happy to answer my questions and give me the advice in guidance I needed! I can't say enough about Robin and everyone at the shop I am beyond thrilled with the final results and have a beautiful kitchen I have always wanted! I wouldn't have wanted to do this with any other company or people! Professional accommodating knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with, wouldn't change a thing beginning to end!

Design Center West pulled together the color scheme, layout and custom furniture for our renovation. I had been putting off the renovation for many years because it was not clear to me how the home would look or function. Robin helped me see the color scheme, select the perfect countertops, backsplash furniture and vendors. I LOVE the quality, the design and the overall function of the space. The details that she recommended have been complimented by everyone that comes into our space. Robin is wonderful to work with, she has years of experience, keeps current on changing trends and works to understands who you are and how the design will work for you. Her vision and expertise were exactly what we needed to pull together our renovated first floor / kitchen / dining / living room renovation.

I hired Robin to help update/remodel two bathroom and bedrooms in my townhouse. She was great to work with and I am very happy with all aspects of the process. She helped me come up with a design that matched my style and vision for the space. The materials I bought from her were all high quality and delivered without any issues. She also communicated frequently with my contractor which was a huge help given my busy schedule. Her experience and knowledge working on or with construction projects was a huge asset to making my project successful and low stress. Robin is very helpful, listens, provides great ideas and was instrumental in facilitating all aspects of my project. Robin is an energetic, passionate and great customer advocate who truly cares about her customer's success and satisfaction. My best advice is to go meet her, discuss your ideas and decide for yourself. The design/construction business can be sketchy (based on a past experience). Robin and the Design Center West team are open, honest and patient.

Robin helped me from start to finish with my new house build. She has done everything from the kitchen (appliances, cabinets) to the tile for all bathrooms, to the stone veneer for the patio. Even during the pandemic she has been on top of things and instructing me to get things ordered prior to shipment delays. She and her team have been responsible, proactive, and truly professional. They are communicating with my contractor and his team and his cabinet installer told me it was such a pleasure working with them he would like to do more jobs with them. Any mistakes (Fedex dropped a vanity and it cracked) were handled quickly and replaced at no cost to me. Her attention to detail is incredible. Additionally, she was very focused on saving me money and making sure I was not buying things I did not need. It has been a true pleasure working with Robin and her team again. I cannot say enough good things about them!

Amazing shopping experience!!! Robin is a very passionate design expert that will help you customize your space be it home/office or vacation home! I have now added decor that speak to me and my clients enjoy coming in and feeling the great vibes that these pieces have brought to my space! My home is newly decorated as well with pieces she chose for me-she takes great pride in getting to know her clients and finding the PERFECT touches .Highly recommend for design and/or remodel!!! Her staff have always treated me like family and are always eager to walk me thru the space as they have all grown to know my taste and I am just thrilled to say I have my one stop shop for all my decor needs. I look forward to decorating a new home space with Robin and her staff-they have made me feel confident in making great changes to my work and home space!

I have had the good fortune of working with Robin Boyce and her staff over the past 20 years and through five homes. Originally, I worked with Robin to decorate a home that I owned in Hopkinton. She supplied me with wallpaper, window treatments and her good taste, as well as the vendors to complete the jobs.

Absolute rip-off. Got quoted by Robin on a large home project then shopped her pricing. Wow. She was asking 3x my next quote. She was more interested in what I did and who I know than giving me fair pricing. Pathetic. Get a second quote.
