“First time coming to this Marshall's from its previous location. I had specific things I needed to look for and found everything I needed. The store was nice and clean, the staff was in the process of putting things from the back into their departments. Had some interaction with some staff and they were very friendly and helpful. Good place for special finds for great prices. Good until I got to checkout....I thought I was doing well no line excellent right! Register person lacked customer service skills and it just wasn't pretty. Anyway, reason for the 4 stars. Would I got back yes.!”

“It was my first time there and I brought my 3 boys with me... let me tell you they had a blast in there the store has everything! The staff at the Marlborough location were amazing also!”
“Went here Thursday, July 11th ,2024, with my family. I haven't been at this location in some time. My mom was looking for a specific thing and didn't get what she wanted. I came arcoss this awesome find in The Backstage section in the Men's Department and got a beautiful slik long sleeve " fancy " dressy shirt for a great price. My cashier Karan was very polite and very helpful. She helped me sign up for a Star Reward membership. The only disadvantage to this store is that numerous price scanners.We're not working that one fitting room was out of order. And the one fitting room I used smelt weird somewhat like a musty smell, and the carpet had a lot spots on it. They had a lot of empty space in some sections and not enough in others. But it was nice to go somewhere different than the usual stores I usually go to .”

“I always love the Marlborough target over the Framingham one because it is spotless and organized and every time I go in I don't feel like I'm a obstacle course trying to dodge stuff and the staff are very nice Best Target ever”
“Brought my child in for a haircut a few months ago. The stylist did a great job making a layered bob short haircut and listened to me about what I needed (I needed an angle on hair at sides of face due to my young child chewing their long piece of hair if it fell into their mouth.) I went in when they had a promotional price for the haircuts for kids, but their regular price is also reasonable. Actually cheaper than a non mall chain I visited another time. They have an online booking system which is easy to use. I recommend trying JCP for price and convenience of booking and the hair stylist working evening week days. I forgot her name but she was great. Very patient with my fidgety child.”
“Jeremy spent the entire day here. There will multiple issues requiring many parts. Jeremy coordinated with his team to get all the parts needed and was able to correct the issue.
