I was not impressed with the stylist as she didn't trim all of my layers and instead just trimmed the ends of my hair at my shoulders and trimmed my bangs. The hair cut was not worth the $60 I was charged. I will never go back to any of the Dellaria Salons.

Shane the owner is amazing, along with all his stylists! He was able to fit me in so last minute when my other salon canceled my appointment without notifying me until the day of, I have had gone to Dellaria before in the past and loved my experience but it had been years since I’ve gone back in! When I came in for my appointment I received great customer service. Polly Reagan did my hair and im absolutely in love with it, she listened to my concerns and what I wanted and I love my hair so much! 10/10 I will forever and always recommend coming here! And they’ve definitely have me as a permanent customer.

Couldn't be happier. A few weeks back I had to schedule a very last minute haircut, to get ready for some work travel, and I had been (to put it mildly) remiss in getting it done for a while. Breid was fantastic, knew how to get me looking human again, fun to chat with, and a few weeks later it is growing out perfectly. I'll go back :)

I go to Dellaria for hair blowouts on a regular basis. The team is always friendly and customer focused and I leave looking so polished ! Highly recommend.

I was a customer of Dellaria Marlborough for about a year. One day I went in for my scheduled appointment to be told my stylist Lauren had left. I asked to reschedule with another stylist Lindsey and patiently waited the addition weeks to be seen. When I arrived for the new appointment I was told I was with a different stylist. Not Lindsey. I asked why I wasn't notified of tge change and no one could give me an answer. Lindsey was there, sndvright in front of me took another customer as I stood at the front desk trying to understand whatt was going on. Needless to say I was very upset and raised my voice to the reseptionist and left. Fast forward to 3-5 months later I'm over my dissapointmentveith them and I try to make another appointment with Lindsay. First they have one and then when I tell the receoptionist about my previous experience they suddenly no longer have an appointment with Lindsey. The second issue is you never know how much you will be charged for the same services even with the same stylist. If you ask why its different they just blame the stylist. Rates have a starting price on their small price board above the reception but don't count on that bring what you are charged. Yes they do a nice job but their customers are just a number. The more services you want and are willing to pay for the more likely you will get the preferred stylist. If you just want root touch up and cut you will get who they want to put you with, their less experienced stylist. So good luck if you find a less experienced stylist there that you like and they leave. You get to start all over with less experienced stylist and hope you get the results you want. Oh, and don't expect to be notified in advance if they change your stylist. You'll find out when you arrive for your appointment. Just smile and except and pay whatever they decide to charge you at the end of your appointment.

Had a great experience with Sarah! She was amazing, very patient and kind. Her work was extraordinary! I’ve coloured my hair multiple times before and this was by far my best balayage! Highly recommend Sarah for your hair pamperings!

I have long hair & I needed a good hair cut with layers. Sarah D did an amazing job with my hair. She was so sweet & gentle. After initial cut she asked me if I would like to go shorter, which was really appreciative of her to ask. (I feel it is good to ask & go shorter rather than cut short & then have a freaked out situation.) I also booked a color appointment with Sarah D. I have dark hair & I was already thinking if she would be able to cover grey & also lighten my hair with balayage. She surely did a great job with root touch up & balayage. I'm happy I got a stylist near my house. I recommend Sarah D for excellent cut & color.Services: Blowouts

Long story short, I came here to fix a cut and color that I got at the Dellaria’s in Shrewsbury. At the time of my original call to schedule, I was upset and frustrated as I just spent good money on a hairdo that I hated and I felt like I deserved to be satisfied with my hair. When I contacted Dellaria’s in Marlborough, they were amazing! They were extremely understanding of my situation and made room for me to come in within days of calling AND didn’t charge for the fix even though it was done at the salon in Shrewsbury. I was a little nervous going in as I’m not one to complain about services and I didn’t want to get any backlash or what have you. I was beyond impressed. Everyone was so friendly, the salon itself was beautifully clean, and my hair came out truly amazing! I would definitely recommend the Dellarias in Marlborough to anyone!Services: Hair coloring

Sarah D did a great job with my naturally curly hair! She saw the picture of the haircut I wanted and was able to perfectly recreate it. She took her time and made sure everything was right for me. She was sweet and didnt feel the need to talk a ton which as an introvert I appreciated. The salon is clean and has a great atmosphere. They also offer you drinks which is nice! Great experience! I gave 4/5 stars because I feel like it's a little pricey for a chain salon.Services: Haircut

I booked far out enough to get the stylist I wanted. I used the appointment system. Requested stylist could not work that day. Rather than advise us, they gave a student hairdresser still taking classes, who gave a buzz cut. I can buzz cut at home thank you. Going forward you should advise that the requested/booked stylist is not available and will be replaced by someone still taking classes.
