If I could rate lower than a one I would. They never answer their phone…and the reason I’m calling is because of an issue with their app so it’s not like I can go online to get my issue fixed. Their communication is horrendous - I’m often not notified when Rx are ready. I just found out, without them ever telling me, that one of my meds is out of stock and today was my last pill. Thanks for the notice CVS! Just atrocious. And there’s never enough staff working. Unacceptable. I’m going elsewhere after being with CVS for over a decade.

Pharmacy used to be good at list when the Chinese lady used to work at night full time, people at the pharmacy this days are SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL AND LAZY the owner of this CVS needs to REPLACE THIS PEOPLE AND HIRE PROFESSIONAL ONES WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB WORKING WITH COSTUMERS

This is the worst pharmacy in all of Marlborough. The staff is a joke. They don’t ever have there stuff together your scripts won’t be ready unless you make a call to the hospital than the farm act and then the hospital. It took me over 2 hours to get a hold of someone. They had no record of my prescription. Disgusting pharmacy! Rude people !

The worst CVS I have ever visited. Unfortunately, my insurance dictates that I use CVS or mail order, so I had to stomach this place everytime I needed an RX filled. This one took the cake for full on complete lack of customer service and just RUDE behavior. Understaffed and generally disorganized. The store is dirty too, and the parking lot is a mess of potholes and debris.

Store is great, pharmacy is horrendous. Dont expect any prescription timely, or even within a couple days of needing it. Hopefully your medication is not life saving.

Worst of the worst.. the pharmacy department has gone way down hill you get a pickup time and go there only to be told another hour..the completely close for lunch leaving customer standing in line.. corporate please fix this place!!

the pharmacy is so bad,how can they be so behind on orders,they told me 2 hours,i went back in 3 still not ready,other unhappy people waiting in line,drive thru was 6 deep and not moving,i have never seen a place run this bad,

Rude and disrespectful!!!! she laughed in my face then told me to hold on after I asked her name then hung the phone up? Trying to tell me my 14$ prescription was 109$. After waiting 4 hours then got told I have to wait another hour. So I guess I’ll suffer with a migraine :)

This CVS pharmacy lacks customer service. Customer service is unacceptable. Worst service received since filling prescriptions in my life. Looking at previous reviews, it seems this is an ongoing issue.

I ordered Xmas cards and when I picked them up their was a problem and I wrote to corporate for help. They were not helpful. I had to call the store directly. I told the nice girl over the phone (forget her name but she was great too) the problem and when I got there the assistant manager Annette was relayed the message already and was expecting me which was a good start that. Annette went above and beyond out of her way to help get my cards fixed. I was having such a bad day that day and went in expecting to want to pull my hair out by the end of it. Thankfully I was wrong. She turned my bad day around completely and I left smiling and feeling so relieved. Annette took great care of me like she knew me personally. I’ve never been so impressed with customer service at store to feel the need to leave a review but this was above and beyond. Jim was working at the front was also very friendly while I waited. Thank you guys! Merry Christmas!
