I had a very unpleasant situation last night with an employee called Edson. This happened today at 00:17, I went to make a purchase at the grub hub, and this employee started helping me because the cash registers were busy. He scanning my card after scanning my card, I entered the password and I saw the purchase being approved, he said that there was an error in the system and that the purchase did not go through, he scanning my entire purchase again and asked me to swipe my card. new but due to a security mechanism the card did not approve, an SMS arrived informing me that it had already been paid, but the employee said no and started to process my purchase again and said that the purchase had been cancelled. I spoke to him it was not cancelled. I entered my password. He confirmed to me that the purchase had been cancelled. Because I picked up and swiped the card again, but again the card did not authorize, stating that the purchase was being duplicated. The purchase receipt was the receipt for my paid purchase, but before that I had already called grubhub support, and the support I had already canceled the order, in short I lost the order I lost the payment I lost my time and Edson don’t want make the refund but I informed him that if he didn't refund the card I would call the police and report what happened to his manager , Unfortunately, unfortunately this isn't the first time I've seen this guy do this type of service, and unfortunately he can't even apologize when he makes these types of mistakes. people saying it wasn't their fault, I'm sorry to say but with this lack of preparation in customer service it's better to leave everything at an automatic machine than to leave unprepared employees to help us, I always go to the automatic teller machine because besides being faster it never happens This type of error unfortunately results in a loss of $39 in addition to my time spent driving to the pharmacy, making the purchase and having to cancel my order because according to Mr. Edson there was a problem with my card.
Without a shadow of a doubt, I could leave it alone, but what bothered me most was that he kept laughing in my face and didn't have the courage to even apologize.

Booked a vaccine appointment. Waited 20 mins to be seen by someone, then was told the vaccine is not available. CVS system/website is not reliable.

The pharmacy is a joke. Wait in line 20 minutes for an RX and then they can’t find it because of their “new system.” At what point is this “new system” going to be a working system. The lines are insane at the pharmacy counter with one register open and I’m standing reading the end of the Vitamin Aisle. Advice-Go to CVS Hudson, they seem to have learned the new system and are super helpful.
I will say that putting up a sign on the drive-through that says “pharmacy drive through closed due to staff shortage” Defeats the purpose of being “convenient “.

I'm here tonight and drive thru is close again seems like this never is going to change or stop, I only see the black woman working and the place is not busy and she close the drive thru access so my husband and I have to go inside to get our medicine, this never happen when the chinesse lady works at night, so my husband ask the black woman why the drive thru is close, her answer was YOU WANT COME HELP ME!!! that's how unprofessional this woman name EFY is normally is because she is always RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL ,this is not the FIRST TIME DOING IT, SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED ASAP

Terrible moneygram experience. I went to receive money, but it wouldn't work because the cashier was trying to print it on a money order. An error message came up, and I was told I had to call MG and come back because they tried to process the transaction too many times. Well, I went to another CVS and found out that it tells you on the screen that it was for CASH only. If you're going to provide a service, your employees should be trained on that service. You owe me gas money and sanity.

The worst pharmacy in any of the borough's you will get a text saying the prescription is ready and when you get there they tell you to come back in a few hours with a attitude for you interrupting whatever they are doing that has nothing to do with customers! Now that I have waited in line for 20 minutes and they are taking a break from 1:30 to 2:00 and it is already 1:20 I can not be helped and I need to come back later ! C.V.S is going down hill and have no standards for there employees just hire anyone they can get !

For flu shots, they are 40 minutes behind their scheduled appointment. Will try another place next.
